- David (8/5): Great place for a large group - The best possible location in Mayrhofn - lifts, shop, bar, everything is right next door. Makes quite a difference to a ski holiday. The chalet is enormous and (at least space wise) can sleep up to 12 I think without any issues. Almost has to be seen to be belived- especially in that kind of location! The owner/staff were friendly and helpful looking after us. Sauna was nice! If you're skiing on your last day it has a basement that they let you use for bags and getting changed in the afternoon - was handy for us The main issue is it only has 2 bathrooms and a small hot water tank so for our group of 7 showers had to be well timed - hot water ran out after 2 or 3. Not a huge deal but something than needs considering. The chalet is a bit quirky in some places - the sensor light in the top bedroom is an odd choice for example.

- Istvan (10/5): Location, location, location.... right outside of the Penken Gondola. Lovely house, good parking! -
- David (9/5): Superb - The location was superb. Centre of town next to the ski lift. There is no toilet on the middle floor. Two good sized bedrooms and an enormous bathroom but no toilet.

Superb location for the lift and litterally metres from the SPAR shop for food and drink VERY VERY convenient. We were met at the property it was all very easy to find get in and use would 100% recommend. Great for groups would be perfect for two families or a group such as us. The key box is a little tricky to use, and please provide better instructions to use the Steam shower ( which is great, but we had never seen such a thing let alone used? ) This may be an ignorance on our part, neither of these detracted from our holiday.

It is spacious, comfortable, discreet, clean and tastefully designed, combining tradition with the present. Denise, the Host, is exceptionally helpful, trouble-free, friendly with great, direct contact. A big thank you, we recommend and we will come back soon.
