Guest Reviews
- Jayke (10/5): -
- Patrycja (1/5): Dirty and unsafe. - The property was booked for 3 people however it is not suitable to accommodate more than 2. Please see attached pictures of a couch and bedding that the 3rd person was expected to sleep on. The couch was extremely dirty, old, uncomfortable and unsafe. The bedding and mattress had stains. My daughter hurt herself when trying to sit on the couch. I am currently trying to get refund as we had to find a new accommodation what was quite difficult and expensive as it was Friday night when we arrived at this property. The owner is refusing the refund. I do not recommend this property even for 2 people as the “couch” is not even suitable for sitting.
- John (10/5): - Just a precious stay
Our son and ourselves never happier ✨
- Birgit (9/5): We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful tiny cabin. Very friendly host. nice and private location. -

- Haley (8/5): It was a beautiful and fun stay, John is so friendly - Loved the layout of the tiny home and the space it had. Loved the campfire area. Loved the roaming animals and the amazing staff It was very close to the owners home so a bit noisey. And during the warmer months the bed up top gets way too hot
- Margaret (8/5): Hosts were really friendly and nice - The property was lovely and the hosts were really lovely Because we are in our mid 70’s the tiny house was not really right for us but there was nothing about the property that we didn’t like.
- Bo (10/5): Very cool! - The animals and the fire Toilet was unfamiliar
- Nina (8/5): Very good -
- Amy (10/5): Exceptional - Exactly as advertised, quaint and cute, perfect for a solo getaway from the city. Lovely hosts with helpful local restaurant recommendations. Wish I could have stayed longer!
- Christian (10/5): Exceptional - The tiny house was so cute! Was enough room, very good use of space. Loved the surrounds and love Plamwoods. The animals were gorgeous! Rain, but we still made the most of it. Obviously that's not controllable.
- Shen-ju (9/5): We have a beautiful night stay in tiny house, will be back :) - Wood fire, air conditioning, clean and nice view.
Convenient location!!! So many great restaurants near by!!! It is a tiny space but has everything we need! Host are very sweet prepared firewood and lighter for us when we were thinking to buy some. No
- Helen (7/5): Very lovely relaxing weekend - just what we both needed. Thank you - Left alone to enjoy the beautiful setting and relax fully by the fire pit. Was a little annoyed that fresh eggs, milk, butter and spreads were promised but only received 2 eggs and some milk. It’s a small niggle but we had to go get butter and more eggs.
- Erica (10/5): Beautiful property, beautiful hosts, definitely will book again - The hosts were super friendly and sent very easy instructions on locating the tiny home on the property.
It was very well kept, clean and had everything you could ever need and more.
The hosts brought over some carrots and allowed us to feed the animals on the property before we checked out which was lovely. Would definitely recommend this to friends and would definitely book again.
- Beatrice (9/5): Kookaburra tiny house is perfect space if you want a break from the hustle and bustle of the city! - Kookaburra tiny house is perfect escape from city life with being still close to shops and good tourist destinations.
It’s so peaceful that you can hear the birds and see the stars at night! It was not an issue for us as we are short but the headroom for the bed space might be an issue for taller people. Other than that the property is excellent.

- Genevieve (9/5): It was a beautiful escape to the country and perfect for a weekend away. - It was a beautiful escape to the country. The facilities were exceptional and beautiful. It was perfect for a weekend away. I was a bit shocked about the toilet as it wasn’t stated anywhere on anything that there would be an eco-toilet, but it’s a minor issue and didn’t really impact our stay.
- Hoàng (9/5): Overall, we would love to come back again - The view is very nice, we had a lot of nice pictures around the area. We love fire camp and they got the firepit just in front of the cabin, which is a plus. Just the toilet. I guessed because this is the first time we see something like that 😅
- Aaron (9/5): Superb -

The cabin was very nice and intimate and if you're looking to unwind and unplug and just want to relax this is a great place to do it with a bonus of being on a farm near nature and animals. Cabin was clean definitely wished we could have stayed longer 100% recommend we will be back.
