Guest Reviews
- Chris (8/5): A very enjoyable stay. - House was good with plenty of parking and in a good location. Thanks for letting us park a caravan in the driveway. Would book it again if we are ever down that way for another golf week. Oven needs a second rack and some microwave bowls would be helpful. The message received on the 16th of March said that I would find the key in the key safe inside the meter box, but managed to find it okay.
- Alyson (10/5): - Location, size and facilities
- Aviv (10/5): Perfect beach house with spectacular views, what else could you ask for? - A dream beach house with spectacular views. The property is well maintained and offers a comfortable stay for couples and large families alike. Great location, a short distance from the beach and a perfect base to visit local attractions.

- Kate (10/5): We had such a lovely stay in Middleton. The property has a lovely view; and is a quick walk to the beautiful beach - The property was beautifully presented, the view was fantastic and the bedrooms and facilities were excellent. We were even visited by a little group of black cockatoos when we were sitting on the balcony Nothing! We had no problems at all.
- Karen (10/5): We all had a great family getaway and highlight was seeing whales - Great location and very well spaced out rooms to suit us all.
Very clean and comfy
Heating worked well for this time of year and got to see whales from balcony!
- Stacy (8/5): Home away from home - location was good, close to the shops and any other activities the family might be interested in. Kitchen was fully stocked which is very much appreciated and handy if you want to cook your own meals. Everyone was comfortable, pool table was a great option as it was raining during our visit, lots of game boards as well. 2 living areas works well.

- Tania (9/5): A home away from home! - SeaWatch is a home away from home. We had a fantastic stay.
Carol was very responsive and helpful.
It had everything we needed and more for our 2 families.
Very well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, great views, short walk to the beach, handy outdoor shower, and great secure yard for our pooch.
Every bedroom had comfy, fluffy blankets.
Will definately be returning, and highly recommend to anyone who wants a very comfortable, relaxing coastal stay. Nothing major, but the dishwasher didn't dry dishes very well.
- John (8/5): A very comfortable, pet friendly house where we had a fantastic stay. - The location was excellent - close to everything we wanted to see.
The view was great & the house was very comfortable for the adults, kids & our dogs. The coffee machine was a real treat!
Also very good communication from our host. The sliding door to the ensuite upstairs was hard to move but definitely didn't spoil our holiday.
Unfortunately the algae bloom along the coast stopped us from visiting the beach but we found plenty of other things to do!
- Margaret (9/5): Lovely - Roomy plenty of extras Instructions to get in need updating
- Sachin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elizabeth (8/5): Sea views - The location, excellent.
Lovely views.
Good space. A few hiccups but contacted the owner and they are onto it.
- Douglas (10/5): Love the property, so relaxing. The view up stairs is amazing, could sit on the deck for hours on end. - Property is awesome! Will definitely plan on staying again. Maybe put some carpet of cuts in the ball returns of the pool table to deaden the sound? 😁
- Vanessa (7/5): We enjoyed but don’t think will stay again. - The views, just sensational. Very tied, mosquito issue as the screens need to be replaced. Place needs some loving.
- Ness (10/5): Exceptional - Loved our stay, great size for our family of 8 adults. Easy walk to the beach. Plenty of space in the yard. Nothing.
- Bracchi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kim (8/5): Very good - Great location. Really good communication from owner. The whole stay was fantastic. The only negative we had was out check in was delayed for two hours because cleaner had car troubles. But this was communicated Delayed check in
- Ludmila (9/5): Exellent - All good Nothing really
- Phuong-lan (8/5): Great place for a family getaway - Great location, easy to get to the beach
Well stocked kitchen
Had everything we wanted for a relaxing family trip. Downstairs shower water pressure was a little low.
- Vinhoo (8/5): Peaceful stay , Plenty to do. - Location great , Peaceful, 5-7 min walk to the beach. board games to choose from, pool table kept us occupied.
2 Bathroom ensuites double entrance doors. plus stand alone toilet.
Central to Victor Harbour, Port Elliott & Goolwa townships. No Wifi - Could not connect to streaming TV.
Downstairs Showers lacked a bit of pressure according to guests who stayed downstairs.
Upstairs shower no problems.
- Kerr (9/5): Superb -
- Katherine (10/5): Fabulous location, stunning views. - The property is in a fantastic location- 5 minutes to the beach. Gorgeous views from the balcony watching the sun set. The downstairs shower was difficult to use
- Rachel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anne-marie (9/5): A relaxing, stay with amazing sea views! - Really loved the fantastic views and the upstairs living space. The whole place was very light and the decor was modern and fresh. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. It was perfect for our group of ladies for a relaxing weekend.
- Belinda (9/5): Superb -
- Vikki (9/5): Everything was perfect. Great house. - Great views and close to the beach. Excellent heating. Well set up for families. Pool table was a great entertainment for the kids!
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Gary (9/5): Fanstatic long weekend had by all and plan to revisit. The host provided excellent service. If looking for a great famil - Five bedrooms, three toilets, sea views, location to the beach, good size deck, bbq close to dining/kichen, separate area for kids downstairs, pet welcome, safe enclosed rear yard. Air con good downstairs but upstairs did not cover the bedrooms. Fans welcome in upstairs bedrooms but struggled in the heat. We understand it was unusually hot. Suggest some small split systems in bedrooms upstairs.
- Anh (10/5): Beautiful stay with nice views & friendly host, thank you Carol. - Carol was an amazing host, friendly & answered questions/messages promptly. The spacious living area was upstairs with a lockable gate. There was a bathroom upstairs & downstairs. Close walk to the beach & beautiful views.
- Anonymous (10/5): Really enjoyed our stay as a family of 10. Great facilities - Close to the beach, really clean, enough room for the whole family. The outside bins were full on arrival
- Emma (10/5): Amazing home and great location - We loved the location and everything about this place. Very kind owners! We would definitely love to stay here again next year. Thankyou for a lovely stay!
- Alison (8/5): Very good -
- Julie (4/5): Great location, but could use attention to be better - Good location, sleeps 11 great that it has the bedrooms split between upstairs and downstairs It looks tired and is in desperate need of a decent clean. The bbq was rusted and dirty and didn’t work. On arrival we found a couple of broken items which we reported that day. Communication was good with the owner but perhaps they don’t know that the place has become quite grubby. Under couches and beds there is thick dust and cobwebs and i made the mistake of lifting one of the sofa seat cushions… I don’t think it has ever been cleaned under there as there’s so much food and even an icy pole wrapper under there.
- Melinda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sharon (9/5): Superb -
- Shana (10/5): greatful for the use of property, the space to accommodate all our family and the location, we will definitely book agai - spacious for the family, pool table was great along with back yard for the dogs and location to beach was perfect unfortunately all the bins were almost full but we managed and took the majority of our rubbish with us
- Basanta (9/5): Superb -
- Kayla (9/5): Beautiful view, beautiful big house and a relaxing environment! - The house was massive, and absolutely beautiful. The view of the beach was amazing. Everything was clean, accessible and the atmosphere was lovely. Great response time and communication with the property owner! I wish I had known about the magpies liking to come and sit on the balcony and eat, as I have severe ornithophobia and was confined to the downstairs balcony most of the time. There really isn’t much to fault about this place at all!
- Leanne (9/5): easily accessible no fuss - views & quietness Mostly good, just needed outdoor patio furniture cleaning
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elizabeth (7/5): we had a relaxing time together as a family. - it was a good size for all the family. very relaxing with lovely views it was frustrating having to bring our own linen and towels. it would have been much easier had the beds been made up
- Jayne (9/5): Superb - Communication was excellent. The accommodation was comfortable, convenient and good for the price.
- Colleen (9/5): Superb -
- Louise (8/5): Very good - It was very relaxing there was plenty of room had a lovely stay with family and the location was good. Wasn't really anything we didn't like maybe would have liked wifi use.
- Karina (8/5): Very good -
- Dabel (10/5): Relaxing and enjoyable - Great house we only had 5 but can sleep 11 easily. Plenty of room and local magpies come to get a feed too. Stole some toast from our plate haha. Very relaxing atmosphere. The shower upstairs was amazing!!! Just need the door trims and doorways cleaned looked a bit filthy.
- Liz1419 (9/5): Superb -
- W&k (9/5): Loved the stay. The property is beautifully appointed and clean. Carol as a host was fantastic . - Love the location and the sound of the sea ! The bins were already full from the previous visitors which made it a bit hard for us to dispose off our rubbish but council only collects bins fortnightly so not much that can be done I guess.
- Robert (9/5): Superb - Excellent views.
Great location.
Peaceful setting Nothing to complain about.
Sink tap in kitchen may need to be looked at but that was neither here nor there for us
