Important Information
When planning your stay at Seaside Luxury Villa, please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.
Your rental fee includes a complimentary allowance of 30 kWh of electricity per night. Should you exceed this limit, an additional charge of €0.40 per kWh will apply. Yard readings will be taken at check-in and check-out to monitor usage.
If you would like to use the heated pool during your stay, please request this service at least 72 hours prior to your arrival. Please be aware that an extra fee will apply, and a minimum booking of 5 nights is required. The cost of heating the pool is not included in your electricity allowance.
All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please note that the property does not permit hen, stag, or similar parties.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
A damage deposit of €350 is required, payable to the property 14 days before your arrival. This deposit will be reimbursed within 14 days of your check-out, provided that the property passes inspection. Refunds will be processed via credit card.
Guests under the age of 18 must check in with a parent or official guardian.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Anita (7/5): Zelo lepo, potrebuje par izboljšav - Hiša je zelo lepo opremljena, najprej si čisto navdušen. Ob prihodu nas je pričakala voda, pivo, sadje, sok. Res prijazno. Hiša je prva ob morju. Bazen prekrasen. Hiša ima veliko opreme-nespresso kavni avtomat, airfryer, tudi posode je dovolj. Hišo bi bilo potrebno malo bolje počistiti, v kopalnicah, posebej v tuših je veliko plesni. Velik problem so tudi mravlje, ki jih je zelo veliko po celotni hiši, nobena hrana ne sme ostati zunaj ali v omari, vse je potrebno dati v hladilnik, tudi če tja ne spada. Zelo lepo je, ker je v hiši veliko oken, vendar je posledično tudi zelo vroče. Elektrika je na ključ, torej, ko vas ni v hiši, klime ne delajo in je res vroče, ko se vrnete. Prav bi prišlo tudi stojalo za perilo spodaj pri bazenu. Malo nas je motilo tudi to, da spodaj v kuhinji in dnevni sobi ni veliko privatnosti-na oknih so črne rolete, ki jih lahko spustite, vendar zvečer se vseeno vidi vse notri. Zraven je cesta, kjer hodijo ljudje in vas vidijo notri, kaj delate.
- Thomas (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft - Tolle Unterkunft! Man fühlt sich wie in einem Palast. Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um die östliche Seite Zyperns zu erkunden. Es wird täglich eiskaltes Wasser in den Pool gelassen. Die Poolheizung kostet pro Tag 25€
- Bianca (10/5): Einfach großartig ❤️❤️ - Die Villa ist ein absoluter Traum. Von der Lage, über den beheizten Pool, den Meerblick aus allen Schlafzimmern, der riesengroßen Terrasse im obersten Stockwerk über die Ausstattung der Küche. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an wohl. Ganz besonders gut hat uns der untere Wohnbereich gefallen. Die Panoramafenster lassen sich fast an der kompletten Länge aufschieben, sodass man das Gefühl hat, man würde draußen sitzen. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt, wie auch der Rest der Anlage. Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer mit zwei Bädern und im unteren Stockwerk das dritte Badezimmer. Es gibt eine kleine Aussenküche sowie eine Aussendusche. Rund um den Pool gibt es ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten für 6 Personen und einen riesengroßen Esstisch. Die Lage der Villa war für uns großartig, zwei schöne kleine Badebuchten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Gehweite. Zum Supermarkt sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren. Ivo, unser Gastgeber, hat uns schon vor der Ankunft kontaktiert und mit allen wichtigen Infos versorgt. Er war immer erreichbar und super hilfsbereit…Danke an dich und das ganze Team vor Ort, das uns sogar Süßes von der Bäckerei vorbeigebracht hat! ❤️ Wer eine superausgestattete Villa in ruhiger Lage mit wunderschönem Meerblick und tollem Pool sucht, ist hier genau richtig!!!!

- Natasa (7/5): Good - The pool is great. The rooms are spacious and the indoor outdoor feeling in the living room is nice. The couch was dirty. There isnt a BBQ like in the pictures, its a foukou. We couldnt use big table outside because its in terrible condition and on the roof garden there were not any furniture just a chair.

The pool was clean, and the kitchen and barbecue area were well equipped. The location was excellent, a few minutes from the beach and one of the main roads full of restaurants and a supermarket. Will be visiting again!

- Karen (5/5): property looks nice outside but not worth the high price tag. just paid only €110 more to stay in a 5* Hotel in Limassol - modern look and feel to it the pool is a good size but freezing cold water water not heated outside of high season, there is no shade in the pool area if you needed to get out of the sun but not go inside. no parasol. Air con did not work in one of the bedrooms. not enough full size mirrors in bedrooms. Awful drainage/sewage smell in the whole of the downstairs of the property. Two hairdryers provided but both did not work. Building works going on around the property and not a lot of privacy outside.
