• Susan (10/5): Super house in fabulous location - The house was very comfortable and super clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need if you want to cook which i did. There is a garage for bike storage which was a bonus. The location was wonderful, very peaceful but walking distance to cafes, restaurants and bars in the village. Also a mini supermarket for fresh bread and essentials. The hosts are very responsive should you need them. We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 day stay and hope to return next year. We could not fault anything.

• Judith (10/5): An amazing property in an excellent location; it is a fabulous place to stay. - The property is stunning, beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped to a very high standard. Its location is quiet and offers wonderful views from the front and back; it’s only a short walk into Watou and its bars and cafes.

• Jay (9/5): Nice, quiet and modern open-plan house to spend great time with friends. - During our vacation, we enjoyed spending time in this modern open-plan house with a great garden and a BBQ. We had a wonderful time playing cards and games with friends and taking daily trips to explore Bruges and the surrounding villages. A few more kitchen essentials are needed, like complimentary tea, filter coffee, or a fire starter for a BBQ :).
• Jeremy (9/5): Superb - The house is just south of the city of Watou. House was spotless on arrival with great amenities. The fact that €300 in cash is needed at check in with the host. There were no basic cooking ingredients provided such as oil.
• Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - The house was amazing, and the local restaurant and bars fantastic The only issue was the total lack of public transport on the weekend. Trying to get Popingera for a beer festival was tricky. The locals help in this matter.
• Iain (9/5): Fantastic stay - The house was beautiful, clean and well presented. The view from the garden was wonderful and the neighbours (cows) came for a visit. The village Watou was very charming and the people were lovely. The only thing the accommodation was missing was some of the basics required for a self catering stay.
