• Megen (10/5): Warm, spacious, beautifully designed. - Three generations (7 adults) staying together and visiting Hobart for the first time. Beautiful home; well decorated. Plenty of space for everyone. Everything we needed for a week stay. Plenty of towels, laundry powder, dishwashing powder, toilet paper, cooking oil, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, rubbish bags, blankets, heating, fans for cooling (which we didn’t need), kitchenware… all the essentials covered. Excellent location! Minutes walk to all shops and amazing restaurants and takeaways if preferred. Hosts were super helpful and even took care of the wheelie bins (which we had alarmed to sort ourselves). Very clean. Best accommodation and highly recommend. Nothing we did not like about the property.

I can’t think of any negatives.

Location is great - very easy to walk to shops and lovely walks in surrounding historic areas with so many pretty gardens. We had a very happy time living in this delightful, comfortable house.

• Kerry (10/5): - The house was fantastic. Great location, comfortable, excellent facilities and helpful hosts. Bedrooms are large and very comfortable. Living area and kitchen are spacious and well appointed. Good to have off street parking. Will definitely stay again.
• Angela (9/5): A great place to stay and explore Hobart with our family - Great location, easy walking distance to shops, parks and waterfront, but not a noisy location. The house was well equipped, clean, spacious and being able to heat individual rooms was great. Grosvenor is quite a busy road with parking restrictions so the off street parking worked well for us. We had trouble accessing the property when we first arrived, but after a short wait the security system was disarmed remotely and we were able to get in. The lounges were not very comfortable.

• Hilary (9/5): A very comfortable and well-appointed house. - The accommodation was excellent - very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is very well set up. The house is in a great location - nice and quiet, but close to shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend it to others and would definitely stay there again. We had a little difficulty with accessing the property, but Shane was highly responsive and this was quickly resolved.

Off street parking was a bonus. Also had nice finishing touches that made you feel at home. Nothing, everything was great.

• Hannah (10/5): Comfortable and spacious, a fantastic property - Absolutely fantastic property, and great for families with young kids. We booked fairly last minute as our stay was to attend a family funeral, so we were not expecting to find a property of this quality available. The house appeared to have been recently fitted out with beautiful modern kitchens, bathrooms and laundry facilities. All the rooms were incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable. It was a perfect place for our family (3 generations) to stay together, and we would have been comfortable staying here for a lot longer. Regardless of your family configuration, you could have easily had a portacot in any room you wished, not squashed in which is often the case. Also the rooms had great blockout curtains available for kids daytime naps. Kitchen facilities were fantastic, but it was also an incredibly short walk down to cafes or grocery stores. We were not expecting there to be a high chair available, but the owner contacted us before our stay to see if we needed one which was fantastic. Overall I was incredibly impressed and will definitely stay here again. Nothing. Everything was fantastic.

It looks recently renovated, with modern appliances and well decorated. It had all you could need: kitchen with all kitchenware, laundry, etc. The fact that it also had shampoo/conditioner and coffee available like you would in a lodge/hotel it was also welcome. It also had off street parking. We used the laundry and we had issues with the drying machine which wasn’t working properly. It was the night before leaving so we didn’t contact the property. Overall not a big deal, because everything else was great.

Hosts easy to communicate with and offered great suggestions for local shopping and eateries. Internet/WiFi was intermittent at times, causing drop outs on TV streaming services.
