Roseli Della Monica (10/5): Casa muito boa e bem localizada. - A localização da casa é perfeita, próxima a pontos de condução como metrô e ônibus. Sossegada, por estar em uma vila fechada. Quanto as acomodações, perfeita tanto pra mim, individual, ou ao número de pessoas a que se propõe. A casa estava limpa , com toda infraestrutura necessária pra acolher seus hóspedes. Nada a declarar nesse sentido.

Daniel Fuentes (10/5): Excelente localização! Excelente anfitrião! - Paulo é um verdadeiro anfitrião. Sempre gentil e verdadeiramente atencioso aos seus hóspedes, buscou ativamente solucionar pequenos percalços (como senha da internet) e até nos ajudar em problemas com estacionamento que não eram de responsabilidade dele. Paulo também buscava além se antecipar para nos poupar de possíveis chateações; como por exemplo deixar botijão de gás extra e também nos procurar após a estadia para devolver toalha esquecida na casa.
