The only piece of feedback is providing more cleaning equipment for those who are staying multiple nights. (i.e. providing more bin liners, spray and wipe, cleansing cloths etc)

• Natalie (10/5): - The entire house was exceptional, lovley and clean and the aroma when entering the foyer was beautiful, the ambience was perfect, All my family had the best sleeps in comfortable beds, rooms were so large with natural light and beautiful decor, Kitchen and kitchen utensils everything was catered for to appease my large family, Deck, tennis court and beautiful gardens. Bunya Bunya estate exceeded our expectations due to the large setting, calmness and serenity. Your gorgeous home gave me ideas that I hope to use in my own home. Highly recommend this home to anybody with large families that want the peace and harmony within close proximity to Toowoomba city and Airport. Some of the boards were lifting on the deck, which could be a possible trip hazard, lack of shade on Deck, hard to sit out when the sun is beaming down, perhaps a gazebo may eliviate this, as this was a focal point where our family gathered at different times throughout the day. Perhaps a plunge pool due to the heat of Toowoomba, no night light to enjoy afternoon/night tennis. Easy access through the car port to the downstairs bedroom and games room.

• Christopher (9/5): Our family loved staying at Bunya Bunya. It was so cold that there were sleet storms. Amazing! - Lack of air-conditioning.

• Jodie (7/5): Great for a large group to spread out - Spacious kitchen and comfortable beds A few essential items were missing, if there was a little more invested in making the home more comfortable and functional it would be a wonderful stay. For example there was only one bin liner for 10 people, for 4 days; not enough cutlery for 10 people; no extra blankets for the beds etc.
• Karen (8/5): Very good - The size of the house was amazing, furnished nicely and clean. It was only a short distance from Toowoomba Town. The kitchen utencils were light on, we had a party of12 and there were only 9 forks, not enough wine glasses and the electric frypan didnt have a cord. The second kitchen had no utencils at all. And the shower hoses dripped badly even when turned off tightly.
• Vicki (8/5): Very enjoyable. - Bunya Bunya is a lovely large older home that suited our group of eight. It was raining very heavily on arrival and having the undercover area at the front entry saved us and our luggage getting wet when unloading. The owners were happy to reimburse us for purchasing pickle ball bats and balls so both tennis and pickle ball can be played on the tennis court. Great location also. Approximately 10 min drive to the Toowoomba CBD. Would stay at Bunya Bunya again.

• Jenny (8/5): Plenty of room for large group but needs to improve kitchware and outdoor furnishings - The bedrooms were stunning and all the beds extremely comfortable. Plenty of space in the lounge and kitchen for a big group to gather. The tennis court was put to use - with our own rackets - the ones at the property were all broken The kitchen wasn’t really set up for a large group ( plates and crockery knifes forks etc ok) but no platters, no salad bowls (one large one was chipped and broken) only one large saucepan ( we tried cooking spaghetti bolognese for 10). We were going to use the big electric frypan but found that had no cord. Not even 10 wine glasses or 10 champagne glasses. We were celebrating a wedding and had to use plastic glasses. The coffee machine was broken. Not enough outdoor furniture ( the patio was massive) for a large group and what was there was old and tired and no umbrella for shade. This place would be great if a small amount of money was spent on kitchenware and upgrade outdoor setting. No hanging racks in a couple of rooms. Also a bit odd that we were asked to strip the beds, inc Doonas.

The house is large enough for everyone to have their own spaces, and the fenced tennis court area was perfect for the pup to stay in while we were out. We really enjoyed the outdoor space a lot for family games. The property has a beautiful large yard and a fire pit out front. We loved all the trees :) The only thing that was lacking was enough cutlery for 12 guests but we made do with what we had :)
