• Dennis (4/5): - This is what I wrote to the rental agency. Overall, our experience was good, but there were several issues that noticeably impacted the quality of our stay. I mention these not to complain, but because they significantly affected how comfortable and enjoyable the week could have been. From the beginning of our stay, the downstairs television did not work. We reported it promptly, and a repair technician came out but was unable to fix the issue. He mentioned that he would speak with the owners and follow up with us, but we never received a return call or update. Given the unusually poor weather that week, and the fact that we had three couples and young children staying indoors much of the time, having two functioning televisions would have made a meaningful difference. The studio apartment worked well overall, but the Wi-Fi reception there was extremely limited, which made things difficult for the couple staying in that space. A Wi-Fi extender would likely resolve this and would greatly improve the experience for future guests. We also found that the door from the master bedroom to the upper deck could not be unlocked. Being able to use that deck—especially as a quiet space away from the children—would have been a very welcome part of the stay. We appreciated having access to the bikes, but unfortunately the tires were flat and damaged, so they could not be used. Additionally, while the kitchen was generally well stocked, a few basic items such as hot pads were missing. We truly enjoyed many aspects of the property and are grateful for the opportunity to stay there. At the same time, the combination of these issues meant that the experience did not fully match what we had expected when we booked the week. I wanted to share this feedback thoughtfully and honestly, and I hope it’s helpful moving forward. Thank you again for hosting us.

• Kacey (7/5): It was a good weekend in a comfortable house - It was really comfortable for a large family. Perfect beach location. I had to pay for the extra bedroom, which is fine. I just don’t remember seeing this stated when booked. The toilet was blocked on arrival which is gross, the plumber had to come back during our stay to unblock the toilet again.
• Narelle (8/5): A great location for mini break . Lots of great activities too do in the local area. - The House location was excellent right across the road from the beach - perfect for relaxing. The house was clean and well appointed for a beach side stay.
