• Janell (3/5): Nice place, but the poor management of the property made the stay a negative experience. - The space was nice and I liked the outdoor seating area. The bedroom and bathroom were large and comfortable. The property had not been cleaned when we arrived. The bed was messy, there were dirty towels in the bathroom, garbage in the bin, and no milk for the coffee. The property owner directed us to the laundry room to wash and change our own sheets. They never offered to clean it or rebate the stay for not having to pay a cleaner. When I contacted the property owner about a discount for having to clean myself, she refused and provided a couple long emails/lectures about the difficulty of running the property, how little money she was making because she had to pay the cleaner $60.00, and how I should be grateful because it was already discounted (we reserved it two days before arriving), and then later claimed that it had been cleaned. I offered to send her pictures, but she didn’t care. It wouldn’t have been that big of a deal if the situation had been handled better. As it was, it was difficult to enjoy. Never had any experience like it. Very unprofessional.

They share the wall so I could hear their conversation and TV sounds. And need to change bed sheets, I could imagine who was last guest.must be males and didn’t have shower. Need to clean the air-conditioner and need a new fridge. Same price with Hotel room but much much not worth it.

• Rachel (6/5): Nice location, good for 1 night stay - Cheap accommodation suitable for 1 night, great location and easy to get to from clear instructions from owner. The owner sends an automated message the day before you arrive at property asking you to give them a good review and any feedback to message them privately. Don’t bother, you will receive a passive aggressive rude message in reply. As you can see from reviews the owner is very defensive and quite rude in their replies. Just waiting to prove my point when I get another passive aggressive message from my review! The place is cosy enough, but the couch was too low and uncomfortable I couldn’t sit on it (I was 31weeks pregnant and had tried to prop myself up with the many pillows they had obviously, before they told me to do that) but it was still too hard and uncomfortable they replied rudely about I could have used pillows as they had heaps. The bed was also super hard and uncomfortable too. If you’re happy to stay somewhere cheap and don’t mind feeling uncomfortable then this is your place! As I said it was fine for 1 night but wouldn’t rebook due to rudeness of owner (saw the reviews and still risked it) and not as comfortable as I’d prefer my stay to be.

Good if you won't spend much time at the accommodation Weird smell in the room and dining area, I think it was coming from the carpet and couch, otherwise everything else was clean. OK kitchen stuff - it would be great to have more kitchen cloths for example. only one cloth and a sponge cut in half. Dark apartment, very small dining area.

Due to the dishonest description of the property. It was not mentioned this property was split into two, that there were camera and I could hear people running around. I didn’t not feel safe at all and it did not match the description. I received a call and voiced this and was hung up on. Please refund me asap, or I am happy to take this further.

• Douglas (7/5): Good - The two rooms were part of a house in a residential area about 800 metres from a small shopping village It was extremely clean and comfortable. Living room cramped and not much room to move around comfortably.

• Runchen (4/5): Oh. No hot water. - Coles is just 5 minutes away by driving. Good outdoor facilities you can enjoy. AC works. New TV works. Heater supplied. No fan in kitchen, toilet or bathroom. You can only boil something slowly for yourself if you don't want to leave strong smell in the room. You have to open Windows to let odd / moisture out after using toilet or bathroom. It a bit painful in winter, cold. I used bathroom first. When it's her turn, hot water stopped suddenly and she caught cold. Checked everything but couldn't fix. You know what will happen to you when this happens to your lovely wife. I HATE this. Next day when I ask owner texted to me they have a wise-water system. I'm not a waster, the limit is surely not difficult to be triggered. Say again, they have a wise system for you.

• Peter (7/5): We still enjoyed our stay. Area of location was nice and quiet. Perfect for couples or single travel - We enjoyed the outside lounge area. Great are to relax and chill. The bathroom tub could surprisingly fit us. (We are both tall folks with me being 6'6" tall). The wifi and Netflix was a nice bonus as well. Don't have the mindset that you are renting a whole house cause you actually aren't. Even though it says on ad "Entire home", it actually is only a section of the owners home. There is no sharing of common areas but you won't have full privacy as you would having a whole building to yourself.

• Dubois (10/5): Cute entire cottage close to the Jervis Bay attractions - It was a cute cottage next to the owner’s house. Well decorated, clean & pretty new, Alex left us some fruits from his garden, that was a really kind gesture. Very useful, a heater was also in our disposal, considering the cold weather outside. It was easy to park the car. Location is perfect: 10 mn from Hyams Beach or the National Park. I recommend it 100 %: it an excellent value !! Nothing!

The kitchen was everything we need to prepare our dinner. The bathtub was a bonus. Met Alex after we checked out, very friendly and gave us a lot of tips on attractions around the areas.

The stone bath tub was very welcome after a day paddling around. - The location of the apartment (for that is what it is) is in a quiet street, very quiet in fact, with surrounding forests and birdlife throughout the day. It's not far from the Vincentia shops. The whole house has been refurbished, and the part that makes up the apartment has been decorated with tasteful nautical themed pictures on the walls. It's not a large apartment, so best suited to singles or couples. It was all in good order, so no real complaints. A subtle sign showing where the lock box is might be helpful.

Quiet neighbour hood. easy check in it would be nice to have laundry facilities as it is a beachside location or even a washing line to hang wet swimmers and towels

• Mariam (3/5): I will never come back to the place with owner like her👎🏽 - I had the worst experience and my day off was ruined, the owner for the property very rude, Alex send me the instructions for the lockbox which I followed.. unfortunately it wasn’t working with me.. I tried to contact her with no response after 1 hours and 13 minutes I contacted booking customer service to seek help as I was exhausted after driving 3 hours from Sydney and they wasn’t helping too .. the owner contacted me after I left the premises with her terrible attitude.. and accusing with implying that I’m lying or I didn’t know how to open lockbox 🙂 that what she exactly saying to me ( you are the only one have this problem no one of my tent have this problem) with tone a well .. even after this argue she send me to the back of the property to have spare key and then I asked for making all the hassle for me by doing 12 check out.. Which I couldn’t handle staying at her place after all of this just want to leave early morning.. The owner for the property it’s nightmare to deal with 👎🏽 zero star if I can give to her .. please make sure to read other people reviews and see how she responds to them.
