• Natalie (6/5): Really enjoyed our stay but for the price I think the cleaning standards needs improving. Gorgeous views. - The views are amazing. Property very spacious. Lots of facilities, washing machine, dryer, all the utensils you need, coffee machine, bbq etc. Litre bottles of Sukin body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Tea coffee, olive oil, balsamic vinegar. Sugar as well as glad wrap, brown paper and foil. Plenty of kitchen roll and toilet roll. Towels plenty and clean. Very quiet and tranquil. At a service level the property was clean. But once you’re in the property and have a good look around you will notice things lie thick dusk. When we walked in the games room Dyson vacuum left out. With a high chair and a rolled up rug in the middle of the room. Cobs webs throughout the property. Tiles in needed a better clean, dirty marks on doors. Outdoor furniture had cigarette burns. Leaves on deck now swept. Weeds not pulled out. (Not the garden I mean the entry deck to the property) bathrooms and towels and dishes etc clean but I would say we left the property cleaner when we left as you have to clean up on cleaning than when we arrived. The iron was no use nor ornament as the plate has deteriorated and actually burnt my trouser. Needs replacing. Broken fan left in wardrobe in one room and bent fan in the other with cracked shelf. We were not into the security cameras around the property and a sign that said something online the lines “you might not see us but we see you” very strange having a feeling of being watched. Although secluded we had kids from another property walking around our property which we didn’t expect as it felt like you were the only ones there. Said they were lost.
• Robert (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, far exceeded our expectation - The beauty, seclusion and proximity of the location was fantastic. The amenities and cleanliness of the property were first rate. Could not of wished for better!
• Craig (7/5): Good place to stay. - I liked that it had a fully set-up kitchen. We had all the utensils required to make meals while we were staying at Cantley at Flutes Estate. It was good to have full laundry facilities too. This is an odd one. However, the pillows were the best I've ever had at a hotel or accommodation. I knew that there was a $1,000 deposit. However, I thought it was a bit of a pain that they charge you a $20 dollar transaction fee to pay it, and that I had to follow up to get it returned. In hindsight, I'd probably choose to stay elsewhere in the future, as there are many other places in the area at a similar price point that don't come with the hassle. I also wasn't keen on getting multiple text messages and email reminders to vacate and ensure we cleaned up after us. I could only conclude that they had experienced some real degenerates in the past. Lastly, it is a bit odd to have security cameras all around the place, of which we were unaware if they were active. There was one that looked like it could see into the master bedroom.
