Fleur (9/5): Great house and location in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood - Great proximity to the beach and walking tracks to Wye river. Well appointed kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Beds were on smaller size with a bed head which hit the wall while sleeping at night if your pillow moved

Lee (4/5): We made the most of it - Location, short walk to beach and Wye river WAY OVERPRICED It was two separated units and no mention of that anywhere, not ideal for family. - this was NOT mentioned at all at the time. Cupboards and shelves a bit grotty dusty, bbq rusted couldn’t use, stove top hot plates rusted, oven didn’t work, too scared to use normal amount if water or do washing incase we ran out of water, pet brown snake in back yard (yes we reported it and snake catcher mentioned but no interest in sending him oh its probably moved on havent seen one around lately blah blah rubbish - supposed opt be dog friendly NOT )do couldn’t let out dog out there and we were pretty scared too…. No dishwasher or coffee machine . Not enough towels for 4 nights….
Paul (8/5): Very enjoyable, and met all expectations of a beach house - Very comfortable and pleasant as a beach-house. Kitchen well appointed. Bathroom good, shower excellent. We had no issues with the power/water. Key-code access to house/studio very simple. Very quiet, with no highway noise despite being only 2 minutes walk to beach. Only 1 (small, thin) tea-towel in kitchen. Couldn't find long rod for opening sky-lights. More (and more robust) wine-glasses would be an improvement. Kitchen cleanliness could be improved.
Catherine (6/5): Pleasant - Comfortable and well appointed. Rain water tank system in use so short showers at request of host. Power cuts (which are a regular occurrence) so at some points no running water (pump for tank off) or ability to boil kettle

Neville (9/5): Superb - Loved the house. Not that I didn't like but the beach is a little bit of a walk because you must go out the back. My wife is mobility impaired. We would book again but it's nice to have no surprises. The house has security on two doors, took me a while to work this out, couldn't find a way to get into the S/C bedroom for half an hour.
Varun (8/5): pleasurable and relaxing. - Easy access to the beach Lack of info on the unavailability of mains water when making the booking. Had stored rain water available for use during stay but prior knowledge would have been useful.
