Bradley (8/5): Epic property, very spacious, great location but pity about the management group - Beautiful house awesome rooms and pool and view. Nice and spacious, cool media room, met the owner on checkout and he was a great bloke. No basics for cooking such as oil, salt, pepper herbs or cling wrap or aluminium foil or anything similar which makes cooking and preparing group meals harder when you turned up with only the main ingredients like I would all houses I stayed in Spa doesn’t work, should be removed from house and shouldn’t be in photos of broken. Only 1 key given to a house that holds up to 17 people is stupid considering people don’t always return at same time or when u come home from a night out at casino and others are asleep u have to wake them up to get in if someone else has the only key. There is a lock box but if someone forgets to put it back in there once again you are stranded. Elite Holiday Homes rang me 5 times in my 4 days stay, none to do with a complaint, (they actually didn’t know why they called me when I called them back) then told me “you are expected to cool back and answer every phone call when staying in our properties”, maybe send text messages and don’t harass holiday goers that are busy doing things than being on their phone to management.
Terence (7/5): See above.. - location was great and close to restaurants and shopping also to the beach for a property advertised as elite and high end it was quite disappointing, too many of the facilities were “decommissioned and not useable” too many to list. The place is tired and needs money spent on it to bring it up to the price tag it has. cheap coffee maker replaces the higher end one, wine fridge not operational, spa decommissioned after deposit paid, surround sound system turned off apparently because of neighbours, spa upstairs in main bathroom decommissioned, credit to the staff who supplied a sound bar to play music.
Wayne (3/5): Convenient location. However we would not book this property again. - Not a lot for the price paid. The property is very warn and while the pool was ok it was not clean and the Spa pool was not available at all which was a disappointment. The dishwasher was not usable and the movie room was only just working. As with what we wrote above, we would not book this property again. The value of the property does not fit the current offering once you are in it. A very tired property.
