- Julia (9/5): - Mit viel Bedacht und Liebe eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in guter Lage, gemütlich, geräumig( bis auf die Küche😄) Eine Tür zum Wohnzimmer wäre nett gewesen, wegen Schall, für die Früh-zu-Bett geher eher laut, für den Winterfarten war es abends noch zu kalt. Sehr harte Matratzen in den Palettenbetten, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Etwas spartanisch in der Küchenutensilienausstattung. Schneebesen z.B. wäre gut gewesen.

- Sibylle (9/5): Richtig tolle Unterkunft! Sehr empfehlenswert! - Richtig tolle Unterkunft. Wir hatten rundum eine tolle Zeit mit unserem Mädels-Wochenende. Es war warm im gesamten Haus, obwohl es draußen Minusgrade hatte. Heizung hat schnell aufgewärmt. Ausstattung top. Kochen hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht in der Küche. Selbst bei 8 Personen findet man einen Ort für Rückzug im Haus. Im Sommer bestimmt noch toller, weil man die schöne sonnige Terrasse mitverwenden kann. Lage super. Sehr ruhig und richtig schöne Aussicht ins Grüne und auf den Wald. Viele tolle Gelegenheiten in der näheren Umgebung Wandern zu gehen. Auch für Kinder gibt es schöne Möglichkeiten draußen zu sein. Genutzt haben wir vor allem den nahe gelegenen Spielplatz. Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern war sehr unkompliziert, sehr angenehm und wir haben uns von Beginn an wohl gefühlt. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe am Ende des Wochenendes hatten wir noch ein tolles Gespräch mit dem Besitzer. Unterkunft wirklich nur zu empfehlen. Das Haus ist leicht hellhörig. Wenn im Wohnzimmer gesprochen wird, hört man das noch bis ganz unters Dach. Aber hat uns nicht sonderlich gestört.

- Marijke (10/5): Super fijne vakantie gehad! - De eigenaar was ter plaatse toen we aankwamen. Super vriendelijke man, wist ons veel uitleg en tips te geven i.v.m. bezienswaardigheden en de accomodatie. Mooi uitzicht met een zeer leuk terras. Het huis had alles wat we met ons 5 nodig hadden. Zeker een aanrader!

We had been travelling Europe for the week prior and it was lovely to be somewhere peaceful and with some space for the family, yet central to the forest. Aichhalden had everything we needed (restaurant, grocery store, bakery, fuel)

Nice view from the balcony, clean house, friendly & helpful owner. Nothing major, we just need to be mindful of our 1.5-year-old in the house since there are no doors or barriers to the stairs

- Clare (9/5): Excellent spot for a quick but relaxing break away from Stuttgart - We were two families of four with children between 8-11yrs old. The drive from Stuttgart on a Friday afternoon only took about 80 minutes. The house is charming. We loved the view and the location was perfect for a quick weekend away. There was enough space that the 8 of us didn’t feel cramped at all. The weather wasn’t great and it got really cold outside, but the house is cosy and warm, and for those who want it, the fire in the fire place was already prepared and ready to go. The kitchen has all the basics you need for preparing your own food. (There is a Netto in town, not far away in case you forgot anything.) The beds were comfortable and the house beautifully clean. There are a few games there, but not many. We can recommend some Kegeln (Bowling) at the Kegelstüble in Fluorn-Winzeln on a bad weather day. The beds in the cute bedroom right under the roof were comfortable but a bit short, better suited to the children. There are two separate toilets but only one bathroom. We managed well, but bigger groups of teens/adults might find this a challenge. The only thing we couldn’t find in the kitchen was a cork screw but luckily we came prepared :)
