• Lukas (5/5): Könnte schön sein wenn der Gastgeber die vorhandenen Probleme löst - Geräumig und theoretisch alles vorhanden wenn es funktionieren würde was es aufgrund ständigem Sicherungsausfall nicht tat - Gastgeber leider nie erreichbar bei Problemen , geht nicht ans Telefon , antwortet nicht , ist nicht zuhause und der Sicherungskasten bei dem aufgrund Netzüberlastung durch hottub ständig die sicherung fliegt ist unzugänglich. So steht man mit unfertigem Essen vorm Herd der nicht mehr Geht , Klospülung ging auch nicht ohne Strom Badlicht etc wenn man 1000€ für eine Unterkunft für 6Tage und 150 € extra für hottub und sauna bezahlt darf man erwarten das es funktioniert .

• isa (4/5): - Locatie, de tuin. De hygiëne in het algemeen. Zeer kleine frigo voor huisje met 6 personen, keuken oogt ook niet proper. Servies niet allemaal even proper. Veel geld voor wat het uiteindelijk is.... de eerste kamer boven oogt zeer kleine zonder raam met een klein bed. "Deur" die beide kamers gaat verbinden stelt niet veel voor.

• Jia (7/5): Great value for families and a friendly host. - The host was very friendly and always replied to messages promptly. The holiday home itself was spacious and clean. The kitchen facilities were incredibly well-equipped, and we especially appreciated the board games and toys provided for the children. The backyard was nice and had great BBQ facilities, and parking right out front was very convenient. The decor was a bit basic, and some of the windows and doors cannot be closed properly. The two upstairs bedrooms were connected, meaning you had to walk through one room to get to the other, which was a bit awkward. We also noticed quite a lot of flies inside, and while the host kindly provided electric mosquito repellents, they weren't very effective at keeping the flies away.

• Peter (5/5): - Slaapkamers geen raam of 1 dat niet open ging waardoor bloedheet, ijskast maar 2 leggers en niets meer van opberg in de deur, om naar 1 slaapkamer te gaan moest je door een ander, voor 6 personen maar 1 toilet (en badkamer) beneden…, dus absoluut niét aan te raden voor 6 personen. Kachel in midden van living redelijk gevaarlijk lijkt ons, zeer storend, boven geen airco, veel lampen stuk. Krenterige eigenaars… 1 rolletje wc papier en 3(ja slecht 3) blokjes afwasmachine…. niet deftig gepoetst,….

• Dianne (8/5): Spacious house centrally located for WW site visits - The house is nice and spacious, with a lovely gated garden area that we and our dog enjoyed despite the poor weather. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine was very handy. Located in a quiet, charming small village, the location is central, serving as an excellent base for sightseeing in Ypres, Dunkirk, and the surrounding WW sites. The bedding definitely needs attention, as the duvet cover in the top room had holes and the sheets were mended. Some doors (bathroom, and WC) couldn't close properly. The cable channels and streaming service, as advertised, did not work. Although the host attempted to fix it, they were unsuccessful. The host, who lives next to the property, was very responsive when you knocked on her door. Lack of basic cleaning stuff such as a mop.
• Rohit (6/5): Good for a short stay for a small family - Quite neighbourhood Friendly host Easy check in and check out - Additional 150 euros was charged for Sauna and Hot tub which was not worth it. - It is not possible to control temperature in Sauna and Hot tub. - Hot tub was not clean and takes more than an hour to warm up. - Kitchen utensils and cutlery was not clean. - Toilet and bathroom door locks were not working.
• Samantha (9/5): Would recommend for anyone wishing to visit Ypres and other WW1 sites. - Great facilities, everything we needed was there. Loved the private garden, although didn’t get much chance to use! Friendly host and superb quiet area for walks, with handy restaurant at the end of the road!

• Purepoppy (8/5): Great, clean property with sauna and hot tub - Lovely clean property, Ysabel the owner was really helpful and couldn’t do enough. Good base for Ypres, and the coastline. Sauna was a nice touch in the evenings! the third bedroom wasnt ideal as you had to go through it to get to the second bedroom. Hot tub was 70 euros extra.
