• Julia (9/5): - The house was neat and tidy, with all the necessities like shower gel, even some laundry powder, provided. There were enough kitchen towels, sponges, cling wrap, etc in the kitchen. Fully equipped laundry. Mattresses were very firm,. There was no general rubbish bin on the property.
• Amy (5/5): Absolutely filthy floors, house needs to be actually cleaned - Walking distance to main street was convenient, and very close to the beach. The spa in the ensuite bathroom was nice. The dirtiness of the floors really took away from the house though. The floor of the house was so disgustingly dirty we had to mop (pic attached). Our feet were black after being there for a few hours. Two of the heaters don't work. The deck out the back was also filthy. There is dust all over the walls and cobwebs everywhere. The dogs next door barked all day and night. There was a huge amount of sand and dog fur between the cushions in the couch. Requested early check in and late checkout but communication was so bad I had to follow up 3 times and still didn't get an answer. Traffic noise was quite loud in the main bedroom and lounge. Definitely would not recommend staying here - for a similar price could could get somewhere MUCH nicer.
• Suzana (8/5): Lovely stay in Apollo Bay - Great location, short walk to beach and town centre. Large backyard. Plenty of room for all. Great stay. Back veranda had a lot of cobwebs. No wifi at property which was clear in the listing so only free-to-air tv available.

• Rodney (10/5): as above, great place, great house, great location and great value for money, we both loved it - Bella Vista was an older style home, that had been very tasteful renovated without loosing its charm , it’s was very clean and tidy, my wife and I was extremely happy with its presentation, we will be back. the only two small issues were the light in the second bedroom did not work, also my wife had trouble with the TV in the same room, for some reason the volume control was not responding,
