Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. - Lauren (5/5): Ok - Location was great The lounge is filthy, we put towels etc down to sit on as we didn’t want to sit on it. Walls are quite dirty. Freezer smelled so could not use ice cubes we had put in there. Nearly nonexistent water pressure in showers.

- Sandra (8/5): We would definitely stay again the linen was delivered and waiting for us which was great. - Great location. Plenty of space. Good for family. Washer and dryer very handy in separate room. Aircon in all rooms great. We thought the kitchen lacked a few casserole style dishes we could pop into the oven. Being a family and staying at other homes these are standard very minor but would be on the wish list. . Plenty of glassware and pans. The front door sticks when you open it. One of the tiles is raised and someone caught the corner of their head as they expected it to swing open. This should definitely be fixed asap. Once we became aware of we were just careful.
