Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

The private and secure garden was nice.
Ample off street parking provided.
The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances (pots, pans sandwiches press etc). The property lacked a drier or clothes drying rack making washing difficult when it was raining or when swim gear needed drying (sprinklers prevented items from remaining on wash line).
A lack of a dishwasher was disappointing given the premium cost of the property.
Ceiling fans in the bedroom would be a great asset as the cheap pedestal fans are both noisey and ineffective. The current split system does not cool the bedrooms.
Basic amenities such as garbage bags, wash powder etc were lacking which was a surprise given the tariff and our experience with many other properties across 20 years.
The pet friendly advice may need to be tightened as details indicating lack of indoor access for pets were only given/provided on access to property.
