- Denham (10/5): Amazing stay in a very picturesque town - Perfect location, house was very clean and well presented. Wish we could have stayed longer, but doe to timing this was not achievable. Contrary to the previous review of 1/10 and having problems with mice, we did not have this issue... Nothing to dislike about this property.
- Rosada (1/5): If you like Mice, this place is for you - The Location was great The house was infested with Mice. Told the owner and she said " all old houses in Tasmania have mice" and didn't really give a damn that we had Mice running and pooping on the beds as well as everywhere else. We bought traps and caught 3 mice, but kept resetting the traps and the bait was taken, so there were definitely more mice. I did get a refund for one night, as we left early, unable to stay any longer with mouse poop and Mice running riot in the house, however I would of expected a better result than a lousy nights refund and a sincere apology would of been nice as well. If Mice are a part of the experience guests can expect, they should advertise this. The house was not clean, mouse poop everywhere and dust an inch thick in places. Massive holes in the kitchen cupboards where ratsack was placed down- just awful.
- Carter (6/5): - It does show signs of age.
Carpets need cleaning..
- Chelsea (6/5): Perfect location, secure and good off street parking - Location was perfect. It was warm and the light was on when we arrived. Sadly, it is outdated and it’s not feeling homely like it once did

Neat and tidy Light in the kitchen didn't work
It was too hard for one of our guests to manage the shower over the bath as she has balance problems and is nearly 77 years old.
We managed with those 2 issues

- Stephen (6/5): Great Spot in a fantastic part of Tassie - House is spacious, 2 Bedrooms, Kitchen, lounge room, 1 bathroom and a Laundry with an extra toilet off the laundry.
A short drive into shops etc and great apple trees on the property. Off street parking is provided. The second Bedroom door was off its slide and when making the note in the provided book noticed that the previous guest had made the same note. It was a little off putting when birds appeared in the fireside.
- Esme (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfy. Plenty of room to spread out. Great location.
- Michael (9/5): Well located for our trip - Cooked our own meals
Plenty of appliances and utensils N/a
- Anne (8/5): Comfortable - It would have been helpful if the backyard gates were much higher. Our medium sized dog would have easily jumped them- thus we were not able to let her out in the back yard.

- Alison (8/5): Great spot - It was quaint and provided everything we needed. Heating was good ( as Scottsdale can be cold). Shed was great as a safe bike storage. On a busy road, it was a bit noisy from passing trucks.

- Emily (10/5): Exceptional - Everything
- Dean (9/5): Superb - All very good Nothing
- Linda (10/5): A lovely comfortable overnight stay - Clean, comfortable bed and picturesque. Nothing
- Dawn (8/5): Scottsdale Stay - The location was great, just a short walk into town, beds comfortable, living areas spacious, facilities good ( airer, dryer, ample cookware etc., etc. ), options for heating. The cottage is in need of some repairs, replacement of soft furnishings eg. curtains, cleaning of carpets, repairs to sofa & washing of cushion covers. The safety suction mat in the bath was dirty & torn, which is both unhygienic & unsafe.
- Gp (10/5): Value for money - Plenty of room lovely 3 night stay All good

The place is super clean and conveniently located. (You even have a car wash within 1km) Too bad they haven't shared good pictures of the place in the booking. The place is much much better than the pictures. Nothing at all.

- Felicity (8/5): Convenient and comfy stay for the family! - The location was an easy walk to the main part of town. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need - and the coffee machine was a pleasant surprise! It felt like a home away from home. The deck out the back overlooking the yard was a lovely bonus, and the dogs loved the space too! Everything was great!
There's a bit of traffic noise as it's on the main road, but it's not constant and generally only during the day.
- Bernadette (10/5): Exceptional - Very homely and comfortable
- Kelly (8/5): Very good - We loved the fireplace
- Cheryl (8/5): Comfortable and cosy place with lots of space, huge garden and well supplied. - Very roomy, good position and felt very home like. Lovely to walk in to a warm house too! Just felt a few things were a bit tired looking, some curtains torn and paint messy in the toilet.
- Bret (9/5): Superb -
- Amanda (8/5): Very good - It was clean and well equipped in a lovely location. A mat on the floor in the toilet (WINTER) would have served us well. Quite chilly in kitchen and back areas as aircon only serviced front room.

- Jean (10/5): Beautiful house in a lovely location - Home away from home feel, at the edge of town but feels much more remote and a beautiful quiet location.
- Margaret (10/5): Totally enjoyed our stay and will be recommending it - absolutely loved this beautiful cottage . was warm and welcoming and felt very homely. Nothing
- Margie (8/5): Very good -
- Natalie (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed in Scottsdale as we were mountain biking at Blue Derby for a few days. The cottage was great! Nice and warm, the fireplace was amazing. The heat pump was great whilst lighting the fire. Bed was comfortable and had electric blankets. Kitchen had everything you needed and was very clean and tidy. Great shower pressure. Washing machine and dryer was super handy as well at the end of the trip. Easy check in with the key box. Everything was great! Thanks so much for having us! N/A.
