- Sharon (9/5): Superb - A really comfortable house well set up for a group of people. We were a family of 8 with adult children and grandkids. The kitchen was well supplied with crockery, applicances, and everything you needed to cook. We loved the outside verandah as a perfect place to relax with views towards the water and the city. Beautiful sub tropical gardens surround the back garden area. The pool was well sized and nice to have a private pool after staying in resorts. Loved all the art work and the luxurious beach towels supplied. Good off street parking. Would definitely recommend a stay here. The downstairs bedroom area has it's own ensuite which was nice although the beds were not quite as comfortable as the upstairs 3 bedrooms.

- Clarice (9/5): It had everything we needed for the week to cater for both families. The big kitchen was so amazing. - Loved the location. Easy drive to Theme Parks, shopping and Surfers Paradise. The house was big enough so that everyone had their own space. Loads of storage! The laundry was fantastic. The high ceilings were high so the whole place echoed. It was very noisy when we had family over. It was a little dated.
- Judy (10/5): Perfect for our annual Gold Coast long weekend for a family of 8 adults - Location was perfect for our needs to be near Gold Coast location. Easy to get to all local amenities we needed. Spacious for a group of 8 including our fur babies. Yard was secure and a fantastic size for pups. Beautiful pool, was wrong time of year for us, but would be amazing in warmer weather. Fantastic amenities in the home - BBQ, cooking, TV etc etc As we are four couples, double beds would have been good, but not a deal breaker. This home would be perfect for family with children.
- Amy (4/5): I wouldn't mind a refund. - The view and the yards were nice. And it was nice and close to everything. The before communication with the owner was good. There was mould all over the ceiling especially in the laundry/kitchen/ dining and lounge. There was also paint peeling off the ceiling near the laundry. And just grime build up everywhere. The sheets on the beds had huge holes in them. Some of them had been hand sewen and lumpy. All the walls were covered in holes, scratches and dents. The place needs a lot of TLC The visibility lights on the small set of steps had cases missing so small children could just shove their little fingers into the live wires. The porta cot that was left out for us to use was broken on the base. Was not safe to put my baby in. We have photos of everything. For the large price we paid I would have expected something a bit tidier and cleaner and just generally safer. The mould is a heath hazard and could make someone very sick. The sheets should just be replaced. And live wires near the surface is just dangerous and a lawsuit waiting to happen.

- Brooke (10/5): Thanks Maggie for a wonderful stay, the house was perfect for our needs with 2 families staying. - Easy to find the keys in the lock box, everything ready on arrival. The layout of the house was great with 2 families, able to spread out easily. The kids accidentally packed 2 of the pillows on departure, Maggie was great about it and was no problem to send them back via post. Thanks again! N.B. Trying to get a maxi taxi took over an hour, they didn’t show up, best to get 2 Ubers or Taxis for future travel.
