Please note before booking, please make sure these requirements suit you, Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card prior to check-in via a secure online form. These items may be presented in person if you are picking up keys during our normal office hours. All after-hours arrivals will be required to fill in the form. Keys to the property are to be picked up at an agency location at Cornerstone Stores. All payments are handled directly by Booking.com and all reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. If payment isn't received, your booking will be canceled. In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy, as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbors, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8am. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Kym (10/5): - The beautiful deck with amazing views. There was nothing I didn't like although the planes flying over regularly were very loud.

Not warned of this. So noisy on Friday could not sit outside and had to close the doors. Left early

Bithia (10/5): Lux beach stay for the whole family - Amazing location, patrolled beach on our doorstep, great little licensed surf club across the road, surf school 10 mins walk down the road, just past the good coffee Dolphins and whales seen from the balcony 2 full bathrooms with endless hot water and good pressure Comfortable beds Very well equipped kitchen for cooking family meals Local shops just up the road Secure space for the dog A little pricey for us, but in retrospect, totally worth it

Caroline (8/5): Amazing spot, welcoming house that’s well suited for a family. A real shame about the construction noise - the location was excellent for the beach and other convenient spots, fenced and pet friendly with great backyard with a fabulous view. front deck was great really disappointed we weren’t told about the construction next door (and it was really loud) - when we raised it we were compensated a little for it. this meant we had to plan to be out of the house for big stints in the day due to the noise. would be even better if a few dishwashing tablets were provided with only a low supply of toilet paper. would have been nice to have a slightly later check out (9.30 is the earliest we’ve come across)
