Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Donna (4/5): Should have been more relaxing but everyone was on edge - Location to the shops but NOT the building site and early morning noise directly across the road No air conditioning or heating needed at this time of year downstairs for 2 of the rooms. The early morning noise of trucks and building work directly across the road woke everyone before 7am
