- Rebecca (3/5): Not enough hot water, BBQ rusted out, heavy dust, have to make your own beds - The location is very nice, close to the water and not too far from the centre of Nelson Bay. The kitchen was well equipped. The hot water ran out every day, we were 5 adults and every day at least one person had a cold shower. This property needs continuous hot water and better water pressure.
The BBQ was not useable, which was very disappointing, totally rusted out and dirty. See photos
The linen situation is not good. When you arrive after a long trip for a holiday stay, the last thing you want to be doing is making beds. Get a service that includes the beds being made up for arrival.
The bathroom windows were wedged open and could not be closed, we were there in the middle of winter and it was cold, so having a cold shower in a freezing cold bathroom - not good, these windows should be able to be shut. See photos
The house was dusty, proper dusty and had not been attended to in months. See photos
There were no essentials like hand wash, I have not seen this at other holiday stays, first thing you do when you get there is go to the toilet, and no handwash in any of the bathrooms.

Plenty of amenities and comfortable bedding. - Lovely and spacious townhouse in a great area near the beach and walking distance to the town centre. Well equipped with kitchen items and plenty of bedding. Was a little dark during the day due to it being down the hill but we weren't there very much during the day.
- Sally (8/5): We had a wonderful stay - Perfect location - a few minutes walk to Dutchman’s beach for sunsets and Bagnall’s Beach for dog beach play. Well equipped kitchen. Great cosy living space with reverse cycle air con, which heated up quickly on return after a day out in the wind. There were small panel heaters upstairs for use in some of the bedrooms, but I found the bathroom freezing cold (there is a heater light) and the bed too hard for me personally.
