Guest Reviews
- Rahul (10/5): Exceptional - It was so clean and there was all the things available …also the location was amaizing Everything was amaizing
- Romen (8/5): We truly enojoy our time off at this property, 20min drive to most of the attraction! Plenty of out door space for kid - Surrounded by nature, perfect place to disconnect from city life Property was old as you can see from photos but everything working just fine
- Heidi (9/5): Beautiful, magical stay in comfortable accommodation, in an amazing location and superb views! - Quiet serene location.
Comfortable accommodation with all amenities for a family, lovely touches! Nothing
- Dennis (8/5): We thoroughly enjoyed a peaceful stay. - We loved the privacy, decor and space. Everything was comfortable - array of books, music, wifi, toys etc available to entertain any age group and plenty of info about the area, sights , things to do.
Suggestions : improve lighting through the living areas - currently insufficient for reading.
Also- reflectors on the entry to property - we arrived after dark and it was very hard to see entrance.
- Senthil (10/5): Great home to stay with families and pet! -
- Claudia (5/5): Great view doesn’t make up for high level of wear & tear - Sitting in the garden, enjoying the wonderful view Strong wear & tear. Aged bathrooms with crack in the sink, sagged sofas, Lavazzo machine with beginning moss in the water tank, greasy kitchen surfaces - to mention examples. The setting is not up to cleanliness/tidyness and comfort standards. We left earlier than we had intended.
- Carolyn (10/5): Rest & Relax ! - Mostly location and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. Fantastic record collection to suit all types of music choices. Great outdoors for the children to play and explore. BBQ took ages to cook anything. Probably needs a good clean and checking out!
- Kelly (8/5): Lovely homely property, great views and garden. - Lovely location, views and garden were amazing.
- Cate (8/5): Very good -
- Zoe (10/5): Exceptional - A very clean, comfortable and well equipped house. It was like a home away from home in an old farm house with nice charm and updated features. The views are incredible and the property has a nice outdoor area and a huge grassy area for us and our dogs to enjoy. Jason was only a message away and checked in after some wild weather we experienced during our stay.
- Lachal (8/5): Very good - Beds were so comfortable and the view was amazing. Being so close to the 12 Apostles meant we could could duck down and see the view at different times of the day. Suited our needs.
- Christopher (8/5): A spacious ex- farmhouse of endearing character. - The space, the library which I didn't use except for a browse as it didn't rain as expected, sitting back in the chair in the music looking out over the green paddocks to the ocean listening to Ravel's Bolero on VINYL - wonderful, the extremely well equipped kitchen, the interesting artworks displayed around the house - these people have travelled, and the expansive lawn for our little dog to run around in. The exterior is rather jaded, very much in need of a repaint and some minor repairs. Some wouldn't perhaps like the kitchen as the fittings are old fashioned and elderly, however I saw this as character and a refreshing change from designer conformity.
- Melissa (10/5): Tranquility - The location was sensational as was the property. The views were a tonic of green, the house was spacious and well equipped, the beds were hotel quality. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
- Helen (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful wildlife (birds and a resident echidna) and the homly home, just what we needed.
- Edward (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lorna (8/5): Very good - Great property, very comfortable.
- Jenn (10/5): Exceptional - We had a fantastic stay in Princetown: the location was ideal, and the house was comfortable and well-equipped. We all appreciated the Soda Stream, the musical instruments and the record player, and the ice in the freezer upon arrival. As mentioned by several other reviewers, our only regret was that we had time for just two nights. Thank you, Jason!
- Jawaharlalnehru (9/5): Superb -
- Jiamin (9/5): Superb -
- Noelia (9/5): Superb -
- Cvetka (8/5): Very good - Location was very good. Nothing.
- Mohd (10/5): Home away from home - The house is very cosy. Like a home away from home. The kitchen is well equipt. The view is absolutely amazing with wild Little Correlas flying around. None.
- Ahmad (10/5): Exceptional - We recently had the pleasure of staying this wonderful place , and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish.
- Stephen (8/5): Very good -
- Mp (9/5): Beatiful, peaceful and relaxing and close access to coast and 12 Apostles - The property is located in peaceful, relaxing surroundings, with wide views of gorgeous green pasture which at sunset was amazing. The night sky was clear and the stars were lovely to see with no city lights interfering. There was plenty of room for our family of five, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and very comfortable beds and linen. Our dog loved it there too, with lots of garden to sniff while on her lead (the property is not fully enclosed but the owner advised us before confirming the booking). A Weber bbq made dinner easy.
The location is close to the stunning coastline with the 12 Apostles and towns like Timboon and Port Campbell. There is also lots to do inside the house with a large range of books, toys and musical items plus the record player and heaps of vinyl from 60s, 70s and 80s to play.
Would happily stay again if heading this way 😊
- Mark (5/5): Great views. Quiet.. - Location was beautiful, so quiet and peaceful 1. Toaster had been emptied of crumbs for months..it did not work properly so long to cook toast.
2. The beds were terrible so rock hard. For a person with a bad back - torture
2. Curtains would not cover the entire windows always a gap. For the amount charged you would think they put curtains up that closed
2. Ants in the bathroom, spent ahead cleaning them
up
3. Lounges omg no springs so hard to get up from the lounges. We understood it was a farm house, and we loved that however there really needs to be better general beds and lounges
- Bithika (9/5): Superb -
- Anushan (7/5): Great location, spacious and enjoyable - Calm & quiet location away from noise
Easy access to all the lookouts around Twelve Apostles
Lots of books and music records to enjoy One bed room did not have a heater
One bathroom sink didn't have hot water
- Allan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eric (7/5): Good -
- Venkat (8/5): Wonderful vacation home in the farm setting with good facilities in the house. - Excellent location, spacious house. Outdoor BBQ could have been better.
- Gabby (8/5): So beautiful! - The view, the Myanmar theme, the cool record collection. So close to the key locations on the GOR. A little expensive for a couple. Would be great for a group.
- Vishnu (7/5): Good -
- Angelina (10/5): Exceptional - We had a fabulous stay! The house is very spacious, it has a nice lounge room with 2 comfy couches and a big TV screen. All bedrooms are very cozy with a beautiful garden view. The kitchen has all the supplies. All 2 bathrooms are nice and clean. Thank you Jason for making our stay so wonderful! Would love to come back with my family again!
- Jennifer (9/5): Fun and cosy. - The beds were all so comfy with very nice linen. A library completely stocked with a big variety of books. Toys there for any little person. Pantry well stocked as were the kitchen cupboards with utensils. Record player with a big choice of records. Everything you need. The actual town of Princetown, nothing there, nothing open. But what we needed we got in Port Campbell.
- Victoria (8/5): Very good - Location, farm setting, views, comfortable beds, coffee machine, record player, rustic farmhouse feel. n/a
- Gabriel (10/5): The place is even better than the photos suggest. Great place to stay!! - I really appreciated the little things that the hosts did to make the stay better. The home is lovely and very peaceful. We found ourselves rushing home early just to relax and chill (catch the sunset in their beautiful rec room). With the records playing and someone cooking in the kitchen, it was wonderful watching the sun set over the farmlands. It is also very convenietly located near all the tourist attractions.
- Cemal (3/5): Everything was good except the mould and the carpet smell. - The whole family loved the location as it was close to all the beautiful outlooks and shops. unfortunately, we had to leave a day earlier then anticipated as there was mould in the house after finding out. Furthermore, the carpet hasn’t been changed for years and the smell was so intense that we had to leave all windows open to be able to breath.
- David (9/5): Superb - calm, chill
- Alpana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dan (10/5): Idyllic - Great location and comfortable house. Enjoyed the eclectic vinyl collection and art from around South East Asia and the Pacific. Fantastic views and there was even a koala in the backyard on our 1st day. Easy to Port Campbell and the twelve apostles.
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Tiarna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kit (8/5): Wonderful and Memorable. - The location is good. We love the environment. The house is clean, and facilities are complete.
