• Briana (8/5): Amazing well-stocked kitchen and huge space near trails and the mountain. A bit old but recently renovated and very clea - Proximity to trails and the mountain, amazing kitchen, large space, super clean Needs curtains on front door and kitchen windows. Felt a bit musty and damp.

• Michelle (8/5): Overall it was good. - Easy door code management Not enough mirrors, being short the one in the bathroom was at the wrong height for me to use it. Having a long free standing mirror would be a bonus. Having a bedside draw in both sides of the bed would be welcomed, as I had to put glasses and hearing aids on the floor by bed, which was not my preference.

• Christopher (8/5): Spacious place that is great if you don't plan on eating out everyday - The kitchen is very big and well stocked. Has a nice island for you to cook and eat at. The refrigerator is a very spacious. Could potentially fit up to 4 people easily and the location is very quiet. There is no smoke detector or CO2 detector which seems illegal to me. The heating is weird and the it is always hotter than what it says on the thermostat. Had to hand wash the dishes, I wish there was a dish washing machine.
• Evan (5/5): Passable - Great size kitchen. Could have had an easier process to check in, was impossible to contact hosts. Also did not like the 121$ cleaning fee that was clearly hidden.

• Laing (5/5): Meh - I did like that it was clean and had been recently renovated. Good stock of plates, silverware, and cooking supplies. I personally loved that it was next to a log mill, I love that smell. There were a couple of hornets nests in the vents, nowhere to sit outside. No fan in the bedroom, musty smell. People kept parking in our area. No laundry. It was stated that I could get 2 single beds instead of a king, but it never happened.
• Liam (7/5): Good - Very clean and a well equipped kitchen. The front door and the kitchen window didn't have blinds.
• Sander (5/5): Overpriced, but very quiet - It was so peaceful and quiet! The place itself was spotless clean & the shower+bath tub are great. Also the kitchen allows you to prepare food yourself which is nice. Things to consider before booking this place: The cottage: The bed appears to be a double size instead of a queen size. Also the couch cannot be considered a sleeping couch. I would stay with max 2 people here, definitely not 3. During our stay the weather wasn't hot, but I can imagine this place to be pretty hot on days with temperatures over 25 degrees, considering there is no AC (it's not advertised either as having it, but just as a reminder). Surroundings: Bring mosquito repellent with you if you're planning on sitting outside. In all honesty, we felt that this place was overpriced for what is offered. I understand that the price is businesswise still considered competitive in the region, but for such a price we expected more comfort.
• Mandy (4/5): If you like gnats and not being able to sleep stay here. No air con or decent fans. - Nice fittings in house. No air con or enough ceiling fans in sleeping areas making it unbearably hot. Bad location too many gnats and bugs as next to swamp. Didn't allow early check in ie even 1 hour before and we were travelling so could not give exact time.

• Robert (7/5): For a couple looking for a clean, convenient and comfortable no-frills short stay this works. - Location was very convenient to the mountain and town for our 3 day ski trip. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water. The unit was easy to enter from the standpoint of entering supplied access code info. upon our arrival late in the evening. The front pathway could have been cleared better given the recent significant snowfalls which made it a bit challenging to bring our bags inside. A shovel left near the door would have been helpful. Potential guests should be aware there is no dishwasher or laundry facilities in this unit. There are very basic food preparation items available which worked for us in preparing one relatively simple dinner. While we were only two persons and able to share the queen bed in the bedroom, the living room pull out will not accommodate an adult or even an older teen. It is an awkward and uncomfortable design that might only suit a smaller child.
