- Ashley (8/5): We enjoyed a comfortable and relaxed self catered stay! - Plenty of space for a family visit, nice reno which retains the Queenslander character, mostly quiet area but easy distance to centre, winter sunshine on the back deck, birdsong, good beds with multiple pillow choices, decent kitchen appliances Needs some lamps instead of all overhead lighting. Parking at rear can be a bit tricky if there’s guests in the the other accommodation behind the main house.

- Boydalichious (9/5): Quaint little house perfect for a small family needing all the amenties of home. - Great little house with everything you needed.Location was quiet, and close to the city. Lots of midgies :( So we couldn't enjoy sitting outside on the deck. The walk-in robe had a lot of old items in there that could be cleaned out and tidied up. There was no coffee table or drink rest in the living room, so we had to use a bedside table from the main bedroom. A small inconvenience. I do think the house could do with a spring clean and mattress protectors of some sort used as it was just a sheet on a naked mattress.

House was filthy mould on the couch and bathrooms we had to buy mould killer and clean before we could shower, BBQ needs to be thrown away green mould outside table mould all over it, dirt and dust over all fixtures, when we arrived no air conditioners were working, checked all circuit breakers and they were not tripped, first night horrible no sleep humid sweaty, contacted property manager they did arrange an electrician and only 2 out of the 5 air conditioners ended up working whole family suffered, multiple calls with limited feed back only a message saying the maintenance team could not make it until the following week, l would not recommend this property it was very clear no cleaning had been done in weeks-months it was that bad no screens on windows all mosquitos and bugs get into the house

Fridge didn't work until my husband spent hours thoring out the back of the fridge to get it working. The tiles on the walls of the Ensuite Shower are very mouldy. I had to clean dust off the shelves in the Ensuite Cupboard before I could put anything in it. This house could benefit from undercover parking. We were drenched in Pouring rain, trying to unpack our car. My husband had to clear the Storm water drains to let the deep water in the parking area drain out.

- Nigel (7/5): Comfortable place to stay. With a few improvements it could be a lot nicer - Nice comfortable home close enough to the city centre. The pillows were too soft, no structure to them. The fans in the bedrooms didn't work (except for the master bedroom). Many lights not working. cobwebs in corners of rooms

- Jaime (9/5): The perfect dog friendly spot in a quiet neighbourhood - Great dog friendly accommodation with heaps of space for a group and good amenities like aircon/fans in each room. Located in a quiet neighbourhood with nice surrounding walks to the boat ramp and dog park. Nothing not to like but be mindful that the back deck doesn’t connect to the yard or have a gate, there is a house behind which limits parking/driveway access and the shutters in rooms do not have fly screens

- Karen (4/5): Over rated - Location, beds, nice looking house,quiet No screens or windowsin so.e of the rooms so air con wasnt very efficient, got bitten by a lot of bugs in the house, BBQ & mat underneath was filthy & hard to light, no can opener, bottle opener, glad wrap, foil, BBQ tools or plastic containers, no sharp knives or scissors, cooking pans need throwing away, some of the light globes were blown or flickering, no games , cards etc, nothing for children in yard , chair on deck was broken , when my sil sat on it the chair collapsed, ensuite shower was dirty & toilet brush old with dried faeces.old bread or toast found under one of the single beds. Driveway very tight, clothes airer old & broken.

- Michael (3/5): Poor - The bed was comfortable. Steve was friendly but he needs a new house keeper. The house was filthy. Very little attention to detail. Rubbish/ hair in drawers, mould in bathrooms, dust dust dust! Kitchen drawers were disgusting! Yard and gardens are unkempt and a mess. No milk for a tea/coffee, plus there were dried up/old tea bags in a small wooden box. Ice containers empty in freezer. An EMPTY tissue box on TV cabinet! Washing powder container empty also. I could go on and on. What a rip off considering what l paid.

The tenants who came on the Sunday were trying to get into our house with their code which was for the house behind. Luckily I had the back door key as our door code had been depleted and we had to reboot it from the inside.
