Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Averil (9/5): Great location, well untensilised kitchen - Private easy to find and near the beach Wasnt overly clean could have done with a dust and vacuum. Few dead cockroaches laying around

Dineesha (7/5): Great location & comfortable space. - The location was great, the amenities were ample. Not as clean as per other similar rentals. The main areas - bedroom, bathroom & kitchen were clean. But certain details such as carpets, cushions, window sills etc could have been better taken care of.
Evan (8/5): Great location, great value but you need to bring/buy cooking stuff - 2 bathrooms, washing machine, big fridge, number of plates, inside and outside clothesline, close to beach, comfy bed Limited kitchen tools (no flat trays, no plastic cups for kids), no second key, few pegs, no tea and coffee, few garbage bags, few games/books etc. Front screen door broken.
David (8/5): Pretty good overall. - Clean, nicely renovated, not too far to walk to the beach,.. and Fingal Bay is just lovely. McGrath staff were great to deal with. Having to send photos of my licence and credit card seemed onerous, especially as They had already taken a deposit on that card. If photos are necessary, (as other holiday rental sites do require) surely booking.com could do them as a once off. The agreement we had to sign also did not allow for any visitors as all to come to the property. Now the website said we could ask permission, but the agreement didn't say that. This is a pretty hash condition if you go away with some other families.
