Loved all the antiques which brought back memories of our grandparents homes. Close to town. We had the privilege of meeting the owners Barry and Gai who were lovely. • Arthur (9/5): Superb, thoroughly recommendable - This is the most unique and charming Cottage that I've ever stayed in. It really is a early 20th Century Cottage and the outside construction depicts this. The Interior design, fittings and furnishings reflect this early 20th/late 19th Century theme - truly amazing. The interior itself deserves a dedicated 2 hours inspection. Some aspects of the bathroom may seem to have shortcomings, but the overall "settlers theme" outweighs this. WiFi was not available, so be prepared. The Kitchen did not have a Stove, instead an induction hotplate (Teafal) was available.
• Fiona (9/5): Loved it! - Location, beautiful gardens, big home and peaceful . Great beds and super clean. Could use a second air conditioner in the kitchen area as the house holds heat, needs champagne glasses and lighting at the main entrance to the property for getting dropped off and seeing up the driveway as we went to a wedding and got back late.
