• Christiane (9/5): Wir hatten zu sechst eine tolle Zeit in dieser Wohnung 👌 - Tolle Lage, mit einer sehr schönen Wohnungseinrichtung Wir hatten die Wohnung für acht Personen gebucht und waren krankheitsbedingt nur mit sechs Personen dort. Es gab zwei sehr schöne Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Zweibettzimmer mit Einzelbett. Die anderen beiden Personen hätten unter dem Dach schlafen müssen, die nur über eine ausklappbare Dachtreppe zu erreichen war. Für junge Leute unproblematisch, mit Ü 50 bisschen schwierig. Alternativ hätte man die Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich nutzen können, ist aber mit einer Gruppe auch schwierig gefühlt.

• Naveera (10/5): Amazing, Cozy, Serene, Full of natural scenery and beauty, Calm, Wonderful, Restorative - I loved the quite and calm place. It is like only one house in the middle of green fields with a few barns at some distance and other house around 1 kilometer away. The house is very easy access from high way and a local cafe is just 0.07km away. Super markets are at a 1-2 kilometer walk to by car. My main focus for this trip was to go in a beautiful quite place that was it for no doubt. The house itself was big, full of anything and everything one could need during a stay. The bed mattress should be a kig or queen size but there were two single mattresses which were not very comfortable for us as a couple, secondly the blankets were small. If that part could be improved it was the best house.
• Tamas (3/5): The house itself is nice and offers great comfort and facilities, but there are hidden charges - The house offers an amazing experience for guests; it has plenty of room, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the rural atmosphere is great for those who love it. We attended an event close by, and this property was ideal for our group of two families with two toddlers. The house is light, modern, and nicely maintained. READ THIS FULLY! First of all, the payment method for the property is really strange. The owner sends you a payment link after you confirm your booking on this site. So, the payment is NOT via Booking.com. When we arrived, it turned out that there were issues with this payment method, and it took us hours to clarify the situation. With two toddlers, this was really frustrating. Also, the owner did not answer my message on Booking.com after I paid online. Had he done that we could have avoided the whole delayed check-in process. Secondly. The owner sends you a list of things to know about the flat and the booking terms and conditions. This happens AFTER you have confirmed the booking. In this document, there is a paragraph that tells you that they prefer you to bring your own bedsheet, but they can provide it if needed. We only found out, AT THE PROPERTY, that the owner wanted to charge us 15EUR per person for bedsheets. He insisted on the payment, neglecting the fact that he could not add additional costs after the booking was sealed. At the end, the owner did not charge us, but the whole discussion was very annoying and humiliating. Finally, the keys were handed over by the neighbour, who does not speak any English. Besides, she was very rude, and she entered the property on the second day after knocking on the door without any explanation. It turned out that she had to take some stuff out of the flat. We expected NOT to be disturbed during our stay.
• Kathrina (10/5): Perfect house for big family reunions - This was the 2nd time my family (9 adults and 1 toddler this time) stayed at Haus Eufalia for a family reunion and again we had a really great time there. The communication with the host is reliable, fast and friendly and Haus Eufalia is just a beautiful big house which is really well equipped and beautifully furnished with lots of details that provide a homely, cozy vibe. We were provided with lots of information about possible activities and felt well taken care of. We recommend staying with Haus Eufalia and would happy to stay there again in the future. We liked everything :)

• Leen (9/5): Superb - The house is much more beautiful than presented on the pictures. There are a lot of candles and nice crockery. It has a big living room with a fireplace (you can buy wood nearby) and a nice view. The owner has an app with a lot of useful information about the house and the activities in the environment. No comments. Everything perfect
• Kaj (8/5): Haus Eufalia is a good house to stay at for friend groups. - Haus Eufalia. We had a great time for 5 days with 8 guys. Great kitchen with many plates, cutlery and other kitchen appliances. The place was very spacious which was nice. We had a small problem with warm water but that was quickly resolved. The lady with who we did the check-in and check-out was very kind and helpful. We would recommend this for friend groups. Most rooms were easily accessible and good rooms, but the last room was a attic room which was a bit tricky to get up to.

• Kathrina (10/5): Thank you for the great stay!:) - My family spent a long weekend in Haus Eufalia this August and had a lovely time there. The house was clean, modern, very comfortable, and had more than enough space for our group of 8 adults and one 8-month-old baby girl. It was obvious that the owner put a lot of effort and thought into the decor and we kept on finding details which enhanced our experience like some board games and extra blankets. The house was well stocked with everything we needed (e.g. coffee, tea, cleaning supplies, spices, oil, salt etc...). When we realised that some small things were missing (like hand soup), Mustafa reacted very quickly and brought us the missing items. A very nice and thoughtful surprise was the highchair that was organised for as, as well as the baby cot. We enjoyed the view on the farm and forest, the comfortable sofa in the living room, the big table in the dining area, a nice BBQ on the terrace and overall. After booking, we received a link with lots of information concerning the house, suggestions for restaurants and activities in the area which was very useful. Mustafa was very responsive, reliable and the communication was overall great. We recommend staying in Haus Eufalia and would be happy to come back one day. Nothing really. It seemed like there were a few unfinished areas in the house (like the stairs) which didn´t really bother us though and didn´t affect our stay.
