• Georgi (1/5): Incorrect practice - I made a reservation and called the property to confirm the booking one week in advance. When I arrive in Varna I called them in order to advised them that I'll be on address after 10 min. All that I receive as a response was "You don't have reservation". After my question on how that is possible I didn't receive any reasonable arguments, only again "You don't have reservation". After the expiration of the reservation, the property submitted wrong information that I was not on the address. Very bad experience I had to search for a room/hotel at 6:30 pm.

• _arsen_ (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation facility is located in a quiet area of ​​Varna, very close to the sea. There are supermarkets nearby. The house manager is very friendly and attentive. The house is clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this place.

• Amanda (8/5): Very good - The staff was very helpful .. the wardrobe had nowhere to hang my clothes for a two day wedding and the lady gave me hangers and a coat rack to use.. The accommodation was really convenient to everything. The flat was cute The garden was an absolute delight o warm evenings. Oh there were excellent insect screens on the door and windows. There was a kettle and a fridge which was excellent but no cutlery. The mat by the door, bathroom and side of the bed had a really bad mouldy smell. The shower and bathroom need a proper clean and polish. Aswell as the outside space - table, chairs and floor.
