• Campbell (8/5): Sea Sounds - Excellent location. Very comfortable for our family group. We really enjoyed the board games. All towels and linens provided for 14 at no extra charge. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of glasses and plates. A few minor wear and tear issues. Like the Verandah sliding door not closing easily and the dishwasher leaking.
• Leroy (8/5): Very good - Excellent property, good location and overall in a very good condition. A lot of place to socialise in the property especially when coming with a group There were minor issues in the property like - roller binds cord not available - Coffee machine not working - a screw for the bathroom door being loose These issues need to be noted and reported when you get access to the property as they can be charged from your deposit. Also the most frustrating part was that after vacating the property the refundable bond of $500 that lake shore properties that manage this property took about 6 days to actually get it back into my account

• Fiona (9/5): A great house to celebrate a special family birthday - Great views and location. Very clean with good linen. Well stocked with cutlery and crockery The dishwasher was broken which is not good for the number of people staying
• Lyn (9/5): we loved it 😃 - location was great and plenty of space, comfortable beds and well decorated, enough crockery utensils etc in the kitchen. the only thing was the aircon vent in the hall sounded like a plane taking off, maybe needs a clean ?
• Hooper (8/5): it was the perfect house for our extended family stay. loved we could walk to the beach and the caves and the surf club - Great location. Perfect for larger group. lots of living space. and beautiful decor. Lots of glasses and crockery and cutlery - often not the case. The property managers were great at communicating throughout! A few recommendations: pillows could be better - everyone said they were hard, high and uncomfortable. Coffee machine didn’t work correctly - possibly needed descaling. it would be great to have a larger toaster or a few toasters. A 2 piece toaster doesn’t cut it for 14. likewise the sandwich toaster was only for 2. The convection cooktop was hard to work - difficult to turn on jets and the larger jet never turned on for the outer rim. it would also be great to have more bath mats. After a few showers we had to dry them in dryer - waste of electricity as we would have put them outside if there was time between showers. A drying rack in kitchen for the things we couldn’t put in dishwasher. Hope these suggestions are useful!
