- Price (8/5): Good value for money to be located near Old Dunsborough. - Good location and nicely secluded. House is a good setup for a young family. Back yard could do with some love and some better outdoor seating. Beds weren’t the most comfortable.

Perfect for a stay with friends down south. - location and ease of access and booking Nothing, except for the fact that there was a nasty sewer smell at times -possibly from a septic tank locally? I went to use the iron but the base was broken. The last user had left water in it also. although it may have been still in working order I chose not to use it. Needs repair or replacement.

It is in a quiet cul de sac and walking to the beach is so easy down a little passage beside the house and just across a couple of roads. Lovely beach too! The house had everything needed for self catering and a nice sitting outside area. nothing

No kitchen paper towels or tissues. No coffee machine either. Wifi was very slow and no DVD’s available for the DVD player.
