• Simon (10/5): Beautiful Family Guest House in the snow - We loved the location, and ease of getting in/out when it was snowing! Kitchen was great and the rest cabins have plenty of space. The unfinished concrete buildings surrounding the property are ugly and uninviting, making the area feel derelict

I definitely recommend this place and will be back with my family!! Many thanks to the staff! Perhaps the only disadvantage was a lack of a radiator in the bathroom.

• Techie (7/5): - Very spacious for a family of 5-6. It was clean. Nice to take picture in this property. 5 minute drive to the skii resort. The noice outside and from other cabins can be well heard in our room. So if u want peace and quiet, wait until 2am. Few nearby establishment. We stayed at this property during winter, but one ofvthe bedrooms (the one with 2 twin beds) was too warm, it was uncomfortable. I did not see any AC in the upoer floor so it may not be a good option to stay during the summer.

The rooms were warm, clean, and comfortable, and the property had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is convenient, close to the main attractions, and the atmosphere is calm. Staff were polite and helpful whenever we needed something. Overall, a good and comfortable option for families visiting Tsaghkadzor.

• Astghik (5/5): - The wooden stairs were hazardous, we were careful when going up and down, however one of my friends fall down. The steps are built too close together and unsafe to use especially when going down. The bathroom smelled bad. The sink and faucet were so small, you couldn't even wash your hands properly.

• Arzumanyan Armine (4/5): Extermely loud music playing all the time - 10/10 do not recommend, this is not a *rest* house. - Another Everest cottage next to ours played extremely loud music nonstop with speakers in the common shared outdoors area from around 10 in the morning until 7 pm on the first day of our stay, and well beyond 9 pm on the second, which disrupted us and other guests. We could hardly hear each other in our cottage due to the noise. The reception personnel did not intervene, even upon multiple requests from several other cottages. To Everest Personnel - please understand that people expect to arrive at a *REST* house, not a loud, non-stop rabiz party. I certainly do not recommend this place to anyone :/ For people considering booking a cottage here or elsewhere - please be mindful of your surroundings.

• Nataly (9/5): Cozy stay - Chalets were cozy, clean and nice. They had a small kitchenette with essential appliances. Staff was really friendly and attentive. We ordered dinner and was fabulous. Very limited options to choose from but abundant with side dishes, salads, cheeses, etc included. They also have a playroom with many toys. I spent a whole day there with my little one. Close to shops and restaurants. Shower door did not close well and we would get the water out.

• Ghazarian (2/5): Very poor - The staff were helpful and the cottage was clean I didnt like the lovation at all, its not like in the photos here on booking,first its on the road not in the hills and there was construction bulding right behind it also facing gas station. I asked for a baby crib they brought one but therr was no mattress, they put 3 baby thin blankets together ( as a mattress ) my kid was not able to sleep in it, and we thought the breakfast will be ready when we wake up, when u called the reception guy said there is ni breakfast cz the hotel is not full, then they said they can make us

The cottage had all necessities and temperature, since in the outside was -11 °C. It has free parking and the convenient location in the city. It would be better that there was opportunity to change the temperature of cottage, because at the night it was a little bit high.

Our 2 bedroom cottage was equipped with all necessities and kitchen as well for light cooking. Free Wifi and Central Heating were perfect Thanks for early check in and late check out. The leader was so small, wasn’t comfortable to climb second level. You need to be very carefully when go down in the meddle of tonight. There were construction all arround☹️You woke up of noise huge construction machines and builders.
