- Brenton (9/5): A wonderful start to our holiday. - Excellent location great beds, good facilities Lounge chairs were not very comfortable but I understood the reason for the design.
- Juan (10/5): - Location is amazing, close to the heart of Hobart, while being away enough for it to be quiet and peaceful.
Place is great for a small group or family and views out from the bedroom is amazing There was a little hitch with the booking not apparently correct at the hosts end but it was sorted out quickly
- Francis (9/5): - The views were excellent
- OSHADI (10/5): -
- Jackson Flude (9/5): -
- Shermayne (10/5): - location was amazing, space was really big and comfortable. had a good 4 nights here and we didn't want to leave! loved that we were really close to the city but could still have a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. bonus: look up at the sky on a clear night!
- Dewi (10/5): Very peaceful and quiet place with complete amenities to perfectly mimic home away from home - The view, location Nothing
- Nikki (10/5): - View and everything that was available onsite and accessible to local township The concrete driveway access. Unfortunately I scratched the vehicle upon entry due to narrowing of entry and turn in upon entry.
- Alec (8/5): - Great location with amazing views! A lot bigger than we expected! We were given plenty of information to have a smooth self check in process. Beds were comfortable and a full kitchen was a huge benefit! We will definitely be staying again! Some of the powerpoints and plugs were old so were either fiddly or didn't work. This didn't cause too much of an issue as there were plenty of others to choose from!

- Jodie (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay. This house had a real homely feel & the views were spectacular. - Great position, central to everything. Beautiful views, nice & clean. The Lounge was very hard & uncomfortable.
- Margaret (8/5): Comfortable, well equipped house with magnificent views from every room. - The views were amazing from every window. Well equipped with plenty of everything. Small thing but would have liked a bin in the bathroom
- John (10/5): Awesome experience - The host promptly responded to my concerns and addressed it in no time. Would come back again if need be Views.
Cleanliness
- Patrick (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lynn (9/5): Superb -
- Zainul (9/5): Superb -
- Tracey (6/5): Pleasant - The property had a great view The garden and out door areas needed maintenance and mowing/weeding.
Bathroom needs renovating
- Catherine (8/5): A comfortable house with a great view, ideal for staying on the eastern shore. - Beautiful view of the River Derwent and the Tasman Bridge. It was within walking distance of Lindisfarne village, and backs onto Natone Hill, which has a great short circular walking track. It was handy to our friends, both in Limdisfarne itself, and Old Beach. It’s not too far from the city.
The beds are very comfortable. There is a deck from which to enjoy the view- and possibly spot wallabies next door!
The host is very pleasant and did offer to fix a problem promptly. It is a steep driveway, easier to approach from the city side as it’s a tight turn. The section needs maintenance and the outdoor furniture could be replaced.
- Celeste (8/5): Perfect location. Great for families and being able to cook and wash.beautiful view of the river and the Tasman bridge. - Wonderful location. Close to Hobart and also supermarkets etc. it was super homely and clean. All we needed with cooking facilities and also even condiments etc. beautiful view of Tasman bridge and the river - especially on sunset.
- Donnella (10/5): Highly Recommended - It was a great 2 bedroom house, it was much bigger than we expected pleasantly surprised, had everything you needed, Great view, CV lose to local shops, very clean and tidy. Highly recommend to others. Can't fault anything
- Emma (9/5): Great location, will stay again! - The property was in a great location. We enjoyed using the outdoor areas. Easy to access the keys. No issues at all. N/a
- Angela (9/5): Superb - Location fantastic location. View superb. The drive up was not good at the main road for the car that we had rented was hitting the road at the bottom of the drive.
- Yongsi (10/5): Enjoyed the days during the holidays in this fantastic view house. Had an amazing time when I wake up. Happy to see the - Fantastic view Bathroom
- Andrew (9/5): Home away from home - This was a very comfortable, quiet house in the Hobart suburb of Lindisfarne. Great views of the river an Mt Wellington. Everything we wanted was there. A home away from home. The house is dated but if you can look past the decor, it is a very comfortable stay.
- Luke (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was awesome Nothing
- Chinky (7/5): Good -
- Manjot (9/5): Amazing place to stay with family - Amazing location and beautiful views!
- Steve (9/5): What a great home - It was the cleanest, homestyle accommodation we have ever stayed in.The view is spectacular.Really only had to supply our food Found lounge a little uncomfortable.2nd bedroom needs a wardrobe or chest of drawers
- Amber (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (9/5): Superb - Location, and water views
- Bien (9/5): An enjoyable stay by the water in Hobart - It was close to the Woolworths to get stuff for our stay. Close to the water for an enjoyable walk. Hobart is just across the river. Kangaroos come by at night The bin outside was a bit full when we got there. The gate at the back of the property has no lock and is wide open, and the side fence is broken so anyone can walk in and out of the property.
- Davies (9/5): Saw wallabies in garden - Good location. Handy for airport. Great view Bit run down but clean.
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Judy (8/5): very suitable for a 2 night stay when visiting friends and family who live in the area. - a very quiet location and the property had a beautiful outlook. the outdoor seating could be more comfortable, and for 4 people, therefore a more inviting space to have a quiet glass of wine.
could not find a plug for kitchen sink to wash up.
- Margaret (7/5): Accommodation at Lindesfarne, Hobart - Close to city, views, off street parking. The house had not been cleaned after the previous tennants when we checked in at 2.35pm.
There was a constant mildew smell in house, not very healthy for people.
The long lounge chair was so hard and uncomfortable.
The clothes line outside needs repairs.
Had to pay an international transaction fee on the booking and the booking was non refundable. The wardrobes in the bedrooms were very old.
Overall, the house was OK for our 3 night stay. It was warm inside and nice to go back to at the end of the days touring. Great views from the bedrooms.
- Abigail (10/5): Perfect location to stay when exploring around Hobart. - Great location, amazing views, fun walking trail right behind the house
- Liz (7/5): Good - It was cold and there was an odd/ damp smell in the house.
Bathroom especially is old and needs replaced.
- Jiyoung (7/5): Good -
- Mitchell (4/5): Disappointing - Nice view of the river Uncomfortable bed no sleep
- Alan (9/5): Excellent experience would definitely recommend - Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful host. Clean and comfortable property. Small details, needed a bathmat and it wasn't possible to fully close one of the bathroom windows.
- Mary-anne (8/5): Very good -
- Huyen (8/5): Very good -
- Elizabeth (9/5): Superb - The view really is spectacular. Nice and close to the river and bike paths. Huge comfy beds and everything we needed.
- Gary (8/5): A lovely place to enjoy a short stay. Thank you. - Beautiful view. Great location to local shops. Also discovered the lovely walking path along the river. Couldn’t plug in one side of bed’s electric blanket in one bedroom.
A little more written information regarding the facilities and local area would have been good.
- Philip (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yoko (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alex (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and very cosy home away from home
Host is absolute legend! No issues
- Kim (7/5): Good - The view from the bedroom windows was wonderful. Windows could have been clean to get good pictures of the view from. The entrance to the steep driveway is quite small, so you wouldnt want a large vehicle.
- Valerie (9/5): Superb - The accommodation overlooked the Hobart harbour which was really beautiful especially at night. The inside of the house was very nice and clean. I would have liked a bathroom support bar in the shower/bath area especially for the disabled for safety.
- Judy (6/5): Pleasant -
- Justin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Virginia (10/5): Lovely 2 bedroom house - Beds were SO BIG and comfortable. Very clean and well maintained Drive way was very steep
- Thibault (9/5): Superb -
- Tsing (9/5): Superb -
- Laarmie (10/5): we had a great time! - We had a great stay! the view is indeed spectacular overlooking the river and tasman bridge. the house is fully equipped with all the things the we need. i hope we could come again next time! :)

- Amy (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was terrific, the views to the bridge day & night are stunning nothing
- Zoe (8/5): Very good - Loved the location and space inside the house. Very happy to find a king bed rare in Tassie. The couch was made from concrete the most uncomfortable one we have ever sat on. This needs replacing. There was no egg flip or large serving spoon.
- Kim (8/5): Very good - fantastic view terrible driveway
- Scott (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gavin (7/5): Good - tv reception was very poor
- Kelvin (6/5): Pleasant - Sound deadening internal and external was excellent. Nice view. Front screen door not operating properly, only 1 light bulb in lounge room head light. And entrance to property needs to be better signed. No electric blankets and no extra blankets supplied.
