• Andrei (4/5): Ich war überrascht und ehrlich gesagt enttäuscht vom tatsächlichen Zustand der Unterkunft, da dieser überhaupt nicht den - Die Lage ist akzeptabel, relativ ruhig Die Fotos entsprechen überhaupt nicht der Realität – sie wirken, als wären sie vor 10 Jahren aufgenommen worden. Das Badezimmer befand sich in einem schlechten Zustand: In den Fugen der gesamten Duschzone war Schimmel vorhanden. Die Duschstange mit Armatur war locker, alt, hatte deutliche Rostspuren und wirkte so instabil, als könnte sie jederzeit herunterfallen. Der Handtuchheizkörper war ebenfalls rostig. Die Badezimmertür war durch Feuchtigkeit beschädigt und verursachte beim Öffnen und Schließen ein extrem lautes Quietschen, wodurch nachts alle geweckt wurden – es klang fast wie eine Tür zur Unterwelt. Das Doppelbett hatte eine alte, durchgelegene Matratze. Bettwäsche und Schlafzimmer hatten einen muffigen, abgestandenen Geruch, wodurch Schlafen sehr unangenehm wurde. Im WC im Erdgeschoss ließ sich die Tür nicht vollständig schließen. Der Toilettensitz war locker und verrutschte ständig – man hatte regelrecht Angst, sich darauf zu setzen. Der Tisch im Wohnzimmer fühlte sich klebrig an. Die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht. Sie benötigte eine Reinigung mit einer speziellen Service-Kapsel, die jedoch nirgendwo vorhanden war – auf Kaffee konnte man also verzichten. Auch der Garten entsprach nicht den Erwartungen: Auf der Küchenseite stand ein Zitronenbaum mit verschimmelten Zitronen, deren Spuren überall verteilt waren. Tisch und Stühle waren sehr schmutzig, sodass man sich dort ungern aufhielt. Auf der Seite des Wohnzimmers nahm ein großer Busch praktisch den gesamten Platz ein – man konnte dort nur am Tisch sitzen. Für einen Grill gab es überhaupt keinen geeigneten Platz, und obwohl auf den Fotos ein Grill zu sehen war, war vor Ort keiner vorhanden. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist alt, ungepflegt und wirkt stark abgenutzt. Die Fotos scheinen bearbeitet worden zu sein und vermitteln einen falschen Eindruck. Der Preis ist für den tatsächlichen Zustand deutlich zu hoch und entspricht nicht der Realität.

• Dmitrii (7/5): - Очень хорошее расположение. До набережной 7-10 минут пешком, рядом несколько неплохих таверн, бар с крафтовым пивом. При этом тихий квартал. Уютный дворик, красивый цветущий сад, большое лимонное дерево. Бассейн находится в комплексе, но не возле домика, идти 2-3 минуты. По количеству спальных мест удобно можно расположиться семье из 4-5 человек. Было чисто, на кухне всё необходимое: посуда, приборы, чай, кофе, плита, духовка, посудомойка. Техникой не пользовались. Бесплатная парковка рядом с домиком. Мистер Ральф был очень вежлив, отзывчив, всегда на связи. Мы немного запутались в инструкции по заселению и стучались к соседке. Судя по её реакции, мы были не первыми. Если на фото входа в инструкции добавить стрелку, которая калитка нужна, мы бы никого не потревожили. Эта же соседка кормит кошек, поэтому кошек очень много. Позавтракать или поужинать на улице без попрошаек сложно. В комнатах пахло сыростью, на потолке видна плесень, ножки кровати и нижние края дверей разбухли от влажности. В день заезда нас предупредили, что на втором этаже сломан туалет. На второй день пришли ремонтники (в наше отсутствие, что тоже не очень приятно, хоть мы и понимаем, как сложно сразу после Пасхи найти рабочих), работали больше двух часов, и вроде починили. Но в итоге на следующий день обнаружили лужи в санузлах как на втором, так и на первом этаже. Антимоскитная сетка в спальне с балконом оказалась неэффективной, в результате вторую ночь мы провели, отмахиваясь от комаров. По совокупности факторов, а также учитывая, что выезд до 10 утра, мы решили не оставаться на последнюю ночь.

Yra supermarketas , 10 minučių pėstute. Lankėmės spalio mėnesį, oras buvo puikus. Patys apartamentai tvarkingi, yra viskas ko reikia. Mums buvo prioritetas indaplovė. Visi reikalingi įrankiai maisto gamybai buvo. Neveikė tik Orkaitė, arba tiesiog nemokėjome įjungti. Miegamajame dvigulė lova buvo labai nepatogi. Prastas čiužinys. Baseinas nėra šalia apartamentų - reikia eiti į atskirą teritoriją. Tikėjomės baseino savo kieme, o ne kaimynų komplekse.

Il y avait tout ce qu’il faut, sauf la capsule nécessaire au nettoyage de la cafetière que nous n’avons de ce fait pas pu utiliser. Mais je suis sure que si on l’avait signalé cela aurait été résolu tant les hôtes étaient réactifs et agréables. Rien, c’était parfait
• shmuel (7/5): Nice place but a few issues ruined the experience - The location is excellent, parking is available, lemon tree in the yard. It's hard to get a response from the owner. Air conditioners are not very effective, the bathroom door is broken and they couldn't fix it during our entire stay. The sofa in the living room wasn't set up for another adult even though we had ordered it, and it wasn't comfortable to lie down on.

It's in Kato neighbourhood of Paphos, few minutes walk from 'the strip' and the beach, there's a 24 hour store right around the corner. The house itself is amazing, had everything we could need and an absolutely beautiful garden/patio. Our host was nice and helpful, we got all the info we needed, and even though we did it anyway, we weren't even asked to take the trash out, let alone do anything else. Great price for a great house and a great stay in Paphos! Nothing

Huis is voorzien van alle gemakken en heeft zowel een voor- als achtertuin. We kwamen aan in het donker en dan is het lastig zoeken naar het juiste adres. Ook via telefonisch contact bleek het alsnog een puzzel.

• Whing-ning (10/5): Really responsive owner and felt very looked after - Great communication. The owner specified clearly where to collect the keys prior to arrival so no last minute dramas. The washing machine and dishwasher made this a home from home with the added bonus of a private pool for residents. I especially loved the cats which Cyprus is famous for and loved the greeting when coming home. Great location as near to local restaurants and beach and missed the King's Mall for shopping (which was really close by), as was out exploring most of the time. Not far from Paphos airport so transfer was a breeze. Minor detail, but don't think you can lock the back door from the outside, but easy enough to walk round to carpark.

• Lesera (10/5): A Hidden Gem You’ll Want to Return To - Spacious, bright, and impeccably clean – this townhouse offers everything you need for a comfortable and independent stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, and both terraces are perfect for relaxing outdoors. Its location is ideal: walking distance to the beach, harbour, shops, and restaurants. Communication with the host was excellent – helpful, responsive, and full of great local tips. It feels like a private home, not just a rental. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Paphos Not much to say....Just a Tiny Suggestion... A short quick guide for using appliances (like the washing machine or air conditioning) would make arrival even smoother – though everything was easy to figure out eventually.

• Luciaptr75 (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location close to Paphos marina and all amenities, including a car hire place just around the corner. Property facilities included a dishwasher. The property has everything you might need, including lots of kitchen utensils, pots, plates, glasses. The house has a front and a back garden, perfect for chilling in the shade (depending on the time of the day, you can use one garden or the other as one of them will always have some shade). Lots of cats and kittens!! Ralph and the management were very kind and helpful. The property is clean but dated, the gardens could do with some TLC. The sofa material feels itchy on the skin but we covered it with beach towels and it was ok. The key lock boxes are not intuitive to open if you are not familiar with them. Once we put the code in, we didn't know how to open them as the encasing looked like one piece. Instead it flips open if you pull it.

Loved the convenience of the townhouse with beds upstairs and living and kitchen downstairs..perfect for a family with both young and old kids. Loved having two bathrooms. Staff were so welcoming. We had issues with flight changes and they were accomodating to everything and never asked for additional pay. The appliances gave us trouble in the first day but they had it fixed within hours
• Susan (9/5): Perfect for a comfortable and convenient holiday. - Excellent location, close to the beach, harbour , supermarket and many good restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a. dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine. Bed was very comfy and lots of towels available. Thankfully the air conditioning in the lounge and bedroom was very efficient. There is a Little garden and some outdoor seating and dining which we used early morning and late evening. All we needed for a comfortable holiday. Some small appliances and ironing board need replacing. More detailed instructions for water, tv washer etc. Cleanliness ok. Garden needs a bit of tidying up.
• Abbie (10/5): Fab house and in fab location with amazing hosts and manager - Very clean, had everything you could need for a self catering holiday, beds were very comfy, lots of towels and linen, lovely front garden, really good location, residential and only 2 minutes to bars and supermarket and about 7-8 minute walk to the harbour Lots of cats but Paphos has lots of cats so this may be normal. I’m allergic so not so great for me.
• Sergei (8/5): Very good - A great apartment - they provide almost all of the things, you may need in theory starting from the mixer and toster, ending simple boarding games. TV with Netflix and Prime Video enjoys, when you are resting after activities. The location is great: there is a big supermarket, car rent and a lot of restaurants around. Unfortunately, a stove wasn't working - we had to invent different ways to cook already bought pasta and eggs in ovens. The manager was ready to replace it immediately, but wasn't able due to the national holiday. Also, during 4-day stay I killed 4 cockroaches. Most likely, they came from the street or from the neighbors, but they were.
• Rumi (10/5): Perfect location with great amenities and large space - The property is beautiful and generous with space to hang out and cook if you’d like with a front and back garden for breakfast or dinner. Communication with the team has been so easy and great with suggestions for locations to see and eat being great. The home is really clean with lots of light so we got to celebrate and relax without any stress. Would absolutely come back and recommend this property to anyone visiting paphos! Nothing!

• Lesera (10/5): Very clean, and very silent. We enjoy it. - The house was very clean and spacious, with a kitchen area that had everything what we needed....salt,sugar oil, Pfeffer, Caffè, tea.... The bathroom had a great, big shower and the bonus of a shampoo. Downstairs also gast toilet, very good, not need to go up every time. . It has a great location 5 minutes’ walk to the sandy beach, 3 minutes to the restaurant and 5 minutes to the Harbour main street. Two bedrooms, clean sheats, really comfortable and silent to sleep. (this is very important for me) There was also really good washing machine. Found a ion hairdryer and vacuum cleaner. Very good Internet connection, Netflix and also whole world TV.... My kids found also some games to play and loved it. My husband found really good book to read and loved doing grill in front yard under the sun shatters. You can really hide behind all the different trees, so you can really enjoy the time infront or the back yard. We just loved spend time in front and back terrace with lemon threes and all the silent. We had also rent a car, and there was a lot of parking space any time. The host was very helpful and reply very quickly. We booked already summer vacation at your place. Thank you very much and for the help you provided. There wasn`t anything we didn’t like. Maybe just a tip. Put some sticker on water pressure switch in front of the bathroom.

• Anna (5/5): The location, equipment and communication were fine, the cleanliness was very poor. - I liked that the kitchen was equipped with all necessary equipment. Also, communication with the host was easy. The cleanliness was pretty poor. The blanket in the living room had stains of blood, the kitchen was very dusty, had sticky stains and crumbs on the counter. Also the drawers in the wardrobes contained crumbs, hair and even a bug. Mould in the bathroom and a bedroom. The floor was not washed and we all had dirty socks in the end.

• Leah (10/5): Exceptional Property:) - Absolutely unreal place, especially for the price I cannot fault it. If you have a car you're sorted, if not there's beaches, malls, historical sights all within a twenty minute walk. A cat visited us and had breakfast with us every morning, will miss her. The place was so cosy and perfect for us (three people) but definitely could fit more. Property manager was super helpful when I couldn't find the place, answered the phone immediately and gave us perfect instructions. Every question I had was answered within 24 hours via booking.com. Definitely will be staying again when we return! Cannot recommend it enough, we stayed in three cities and this accomodation was by far our favourite

• Charlotte (8/5): Great value for money, customer service and homely accommodation- perfect base for a relaxing holiday. - Well located for site seeing, supermarkets and restaurants in Paphos. Well equipped kitchen and a lovely large and powerful shower. Choice of two outdoor areas, both which felt private and had beautiful planting.
• Yonat (9/5): Our great stay in Paphos during the Easter - The property is well-planned and cozy! The bedrooms are upstairs, and the living roo. And the kitchen are at the ground floor, so everyone - those who sleep upstairs and those who stay awake and have fun downstairs - feel comfortable as they don't disturb each other. The kitchen is well equipped, and you can cook at home or have your meals at a variety of taverns that are in the neighborhood. The property is at a great location, and it is just a several minutes walk away from the beach. You also have a food store just at 3 minutes walk distance with a good variety of foods and stuff you need and good prices. The property has two small gardens which are very nice and it was a pleasure to have our meals in the front one. The communication with Mr Ralph was great, and he was there to help us with everything we asked for. The sofa is outdated and should be renewed.
• Zoltán (9/5): Superb - Very nice house, it could be great to spend one or two weeks here in the summer. The host was also helpful and answered quickly. We arrived late in the evening, in the dark, and at first we didn't find the house. The streetlights were too far away to see the Block and house number. It would be nice to send a picture of the map with the exact location, before arrival. As we were there in february, the house was extremely cold. It would have been nice if they would have turned the heating on before our arrival. Even on our second night, it was still a bit colder than comfortable. At least two tea bags would have been also nice, to warm us up a bit. The ground floor is really nice, but we didn't use it, except for eating, it was too cold. In the summer it can be amazing.

• Peter (7/5): Fantastic location and size property but let down with cleanliness and lack of maintenance - The location and the size of the property were fabulous. Most of the facilities were good What let it down slightly was the cleaning. Cleaning what you could see. If you had to move something, the dirty lingering in other areas had been there for some considerable time. Also, the AC in the main room downstairs was dodgy. Which was known about as the person who supports the property told us. My point, if you know there is an issue with it, sort it out.
