Gael (9/5): Luxury family/friend location for those who can afford the price. - The location of Pier 37 is amazing. The view across the canal was a treat. The property was clean and we were welcomed with a loaf of bread, some local jam, buttter and fresh milk. There were 4 coffee pods and a mix of teabags and instant coffee. Cost of this home is high, so a few more luxuries might be beneficial to encourage re-booking. Staff were absolutely amazing. My granddaughter misplaced a prized small stuffed animal and staff went above and beyond to contact me and arrange pickup for return of this beloved item. Greatly appreciated. Overall we were happy with Pier 37. Strange that the master bedroom is downstairs and the view from that is to a small courtyard. Bathroom supplies for shampoo/conditioner etc were a little light on and not high quality for the price paid. We didn't have long days to loll on the deck so perhaps the advantage of the home was not fully available to us.
