Amanda (10/5): Would definitely recommend this property and consider staying again. Enjoyed exploring Sandy Point. - Great location- quiet and central. House was very clean, well equipped and had spacious comfortable living areas. Easy to accommodate a large group. Pleasantly surprised to find soap & shampoo provided in showers. Kitchen was modern, large and suitable for self catering. Upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans but still warm at night in summer. We opted to BYO linen, so not sure how expensive the hiring option is.
Xiangyi Suity (10/5): We’re a large group but everyone was very happy. - The location can’t be better, just 5 minutes walking to the store and beach. It said two bathrooms in the property description but there were actually three makes it even better. Have to bring your own linen and towels otherwise hire from the service.
Mark (10/5): Great house to stay in that can easily accommodate 10 to 12 people in comfort. - The house had everything we needed for our stay. Everything in the house from bathrooms, kitchen appliances to furniture was in great condition. I would highly recommend this house to anybody looking to accommodate 10 - 12 people in the Sandy Point / Waratah Bay area, and would consider staying here again. It was easy to walk dirt into the house through the front door. The shoe rack located just inside the front door is there for good reason.
Bijan (10/5): excellent - the location is excellent close to the beach with nice views. the Sandy point has a good convenience store that has every thing you need and is close to house just one road away. The access code to property was sent the same day of arrival, but when I reached the property I noticed my mobile went to SOS with no reception, so I could not check my emails to get the access code. one of my friends was with Telestra and he was the only one whose phone was working, so I could call and ask the code and it was very good that they were available on a public holiday and provided the entrance code. every thing happened smoothly. inside the house there was an internet code, with good reception, so we could use our mobiles then. The vacuum cleaner batteries went dead after a short cleaning that made us charge it several times to be able to clean the house.
