This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform La Tour de Serinchamps in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can rent them for EUR 12 per person (bed linen) and EUR 4 per person (towels) should they wish to do so or they can bring their own. Extra fee for pets is EUR 8 per night, and a maximum of 2 pets can be accommodated. Please note that the energy is not included in the rate and will be deduced according consumption from the deposit. Please note that bed linen can be rented on site on request for an extra 12.5€ per person, and towels for an extra 8€ per person.
