A small complimentary supply of kitchen and bathroom items is provided for the first night of your stay. This includes one dishwasher tablet, dishwashing liquid sachet, cloth, scourer, small soap and one toilet paper. You need to supply additional kitchen and bathroom supplies for the duration of your stay. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. - Sonia (5/5): Passable - Location Run down. Floor boards on verandahs are rotting, one broke whist simply walking across it and we get charged for the maintenance. No air con, only fans. Shower leaks.
- Alliromaza (6/5): We had a nice quiet retreat away. - The location was great. We enjoyed the little shops and walking around the area. The unit supplied enough room for us and the kitchen/laundry had all we needed. The linen was clean and plentiful. The outdoor spaces were large and private. We found the beds too firm (possibly personal taste). The timber exterior needs updating. The carpets need cleaning. The indoor lounge area would not be big enough for more than a couple of people.

- Sonia (9/5): Wonderful loved the apartment and all the little things you provide - I loved that the kitchen was stocked with little things like the salt pepper glad wrap foil cooking spray those little things are so helpful More comfortable bed but some people might like a hard bed it wouldn’t stop from coming back
- Rebecca (7/5): We enjoyed our few days however we won't be back unless some maintenance is carried out on the prope - Excellent location and big parking space for two cars. The unit was comfortable and had adequate space for my family of 4. Both front and rear decks are in desperate need of maintenance and/or replacement. The front gate is difficult to open and close, decking boards are loose and some are rotted. Outdoor furniture also needs to be replaced. The mains power joins the building at the rear of the unit and this looks like it needs to be checked by an electrician. The unit faces West and is quite hot in the afternoon sun. An air conditioner would make a stay in Summer more comfortable.
The gardens and footpath area on the Croll St boundary of the property (rear of of back deck) are overgrown and need to be maintained. Whilst having dinner on the back deck one evening, a snake came up from underneath the deck and slithered towards the overgrown vegetation on the boundary of the property. There is also a lot of leaf litter on the back deck under the built in seats. It would also be a good idea to install a screen door on the back to deter any unwelcome visitors from coming inside.
- Jim (9/5): A neat and comfortable unit in a beautiful location - A great little unit for a single or couple. So close to Bluey's Beach! There were two private courtyards, front and back, allowing for sun or shade when desired. A bonus was the outdoor shower with privacy and hot water as well as cold. Little touches like a welcome SMS and a quick reply to a question I asked. The front and back deck needs some work to prevent splinters and toe stubbings for bare feet.
