Stuart (3/5): A Beach house experience that falls short on a few things... - Location and house layout was a classic beach house experience. House is let at a premium however we felt let down on several fronts: no mobile phone reception - no notice given in general house information or booking communications; my family was lucky to not get sick - Rainwater tap at sink was later found to have green algae clearly visible in outside tank filter; Fireplace very smokey - poor chimney draft regardless of flue setting filled room with smoke; Room cleanliness was clearly lacking - ceiling fans in rooms had extremely thick fluff, not been cleaned in ages
