Cristiane (4/5): - O Prédio muito bom, piscina excelente, academia e sala de jogos ok, a localização na cidade muito boa . O apartamento muito ruim, conforto 0, cama muito ruim, sofá pequeno e desconfortável, ventiladores ruins e barulhentos não possui ar condicionado em um apartamento extremamente quente, tivemos que dormir com as janelas abertas e com o ventilador barulhento ligado a noite toda, chuveiro horrível, sai pouca água e ainda água sai um pouco pra cada lado, além do banheiro ser minúsculo, internet não existe, pra usar a televisão tive que rotear a minha Internet, tem uma antena digital que não funciona na televisão.

JOAO RAFAEL (6/5): - A localização é muito boa. Quanfo chegamos tivemos problemas com a limpeza, o apartamento estava sujo, entramos em contato com o proprietário e ele providenciou a manutenção. Os utensílios de cozinha são velhos mas suprem as necessidades, infelizmente as roupas de cama estão bem desgastadas. O apartamento necessita de uma geral está bem deficitário, para um casal que não tenham muitas exigências vale o custo benefício.
