Larina (10/5): Exceptional - A great place for a family or a couple of friends. Perfectly located close to Coolum Beach and the main set of shops. The apartment was well-maintained and clean upon our arrival. It had all the necessities, making our stay an excellent one!
Alex (8/5): Lovely, relaxing holiday apartment. - It is a fabulous apartment. Well appointed, clean, spacious. Great location and proximity to the beach and main strip. Big pool with BBQ facilities. The apartment complex’s body corporate are very strict - be quiet in walkways, no noise or splashing in the pool…there’s even a note to say keep your car quiet in the garage so as to keep the noise down. Whilst I appreciate that people live here, it just meant that I was constantly on edge with the kids; particularly in the pool, and the lovely family vibe was just not there. We went offsite for a BBQ because I was worried the kids would make too much noise. It’s fab if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax, but with 2 kids who want to have fun in the pool, it was a little disappointing.

Pamela (9/5): One of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in … everything felt fresh, new and clean. - Light & bright. Large rooms. Plenty of space. Great balcony with views. Fully air conditioned, close to town, walking distance to everything, great pool and barbecue area, exceptionally quiet and relaxing. Good furnishings and a dream kitchen. Didn’t like the hill we oldies had to climb - no car and should’ve got an Uber! Lol
Alex (8/5): Wonderful, relaxing week. - Very easy to collect the keys from the lock box at Belle Property. The property was fab. Fantastic location (could walk everywhere), beautiful apartment, and the view of the water was an unexpected bonus. The free to air tv was down in the entire complex. The residents are very particular about not making noise or splashing in the pool - this made having a dip quite stressful with kids as they make noise and have fun. We were told off by a resident for "excessive splashing".

Stephen (9/5): Enjoyed our stay but we would won’t be returning due to parking arrangements. - Comfortable with every facility you would need for your stay. We were unable to park in the on site disability bay due to body corporate rules although it was never used by anyone during our entire stay. Our designated parking bay made it extremely difficult to load and unload my wife’s wheelchair.
Terri (10/5): Fantastic - Beautiful place. Location was excellent. Lovely apartment with all essentials. The apartment didn't get the sun on the lovely balcony so a little cool. However we went in the winter so still very happy.

The unit was beautiful and fully equipped and so many extras like board games and movies. We stayed on the coast to attend a family wedding and much of our time was devoted to that and we wish we had more time to spend enjoying the attractions of Coolum. Really can't think of anything
