- Leah_oz (8/5): Very good - The inside of the house was lovely and clean. It was very spacious and all the facilities were great. The location was perfect, right across from Simmos Ice-cream and not far from the city centre and beach. My family loved the house. Unfortunately the outside of the house needed some maintenance and a good weed. There were weeds taller than our children. There were also weeds growing in the roof gutters. We couldn’t access the garage so we had to park on the driveway and there was no clothes line to hang out our towels from the beach etc.
