More like borrowing an organised friend’s holiday house - everything you need plus more. It has been very thoughtfully set up for an enjoyable stay. Location is good to - easy stroll to the beach. Plus has a great enclosed yard that also gives safe access to the front verandah. -

It was beautiful and quiet, lots of room, great facilities and lots of things available like games, extra linen, cots, products available for sale, kitchen was well stocked with basic staples. Loved that there was a coffee machine too. The beds were very hard and a few of us had to round things up to put on the beds. The lighting in the dining/lounge/kitchen was quite dull and probably needs an extra light or two or at minimum a brighter globe.

• Victoria (9/5): Lovely clean home - Very tidy home with clean amenities. Would recommend for large groups, welcoming floor plan and lovely small outdoor area. Floor boards upstairs were a bit creaky which disturbed the bottom floor rooms although this wouldn’t stop us from booking the home again.

• Karina (10/5): Fabulous stay with visiting relatives. A great place to base ourselves while exploring the region. - Spacious, well equipped, comfortable beds, plenty of space for two families, bbq, eco friendly, toys for kids, nice furnishings and decor, nice outdoor spaces and balconies with views, location. Not much to not like. I would have slept upstairs if there was a toilet up there, it looked like a nice retreat!

The living areas are bright and airy and the bedrooms are very comfortable. Staying in winter, the house can be quite cool, but the woodheater worked a treat to keep us nice and warm. Great deck and backyard for enjoying the sun and a bbq also. Very little

• Sarah (10/5): Memory filled 3 days with friends - Loved everything about our stay at the Dunsborough Treehouse! Eve really has thought of everything! Coffee machine to make your morning coffee, coffee cups to take your coffee down to the beach, fully stocked pantry, beach towels, Netflix, beautiful balcony with a view! We can’t wait to come back and stay for longer! The Dunsborough Treenouse is really a home away from home! Felt so comfortable and we had a the best stay!

You can walk into town or bike and the location was great to go exploring or go to the local beaches. Nothing, it was all good.
