Katharina Falkenberg (5/5): War okay aber einige Kritikpunkte - Telefonisch sind die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Check in ging sehr schnell. Bei Problemen wurde schnell reagiert, auch wenn sie nicht ganz gelöst werden konnten. - Keine Rauchmelder vorhanden - Whirlpool und Grill waren verdreckt - Ostseecards wurden wegen einem Fehler der Unterkunft nicht übermittelt und auf Nachfrage hin (ich musste selbst bei der Stadt nachfragen) mit teils falschem Namen. Darauf kam auch kein Feedback/keine Entschuldigung. - Sicherung fliegt ständig raus bei Nutzung mehrerer Stromquellen (Sauna + Pool oder Sauna + Waschmaschine + Herd). Haus ist lt. Handwerker der geschickt wurde falsch konzipiert - Keine Reaktion auf meine schriftliche Kritik. Nicht einmal "Danke für das Feedback - lieber tot stellen". - Ausstattung: Kein Messbecher, keine große Rührschüssel, kaputte Grillzange usw.
