• Bianca (1/5): Horrible all cause of the experience dealing with Noosa holiday rentals,no keys left out for us!! - Noosa holiday rentals didn’t leave the keys in the lock box for us to collect for our stay. I wrote twice in paperwork we would be a late check in, we based our checkin on the bedtime for my toddler… I even called their office in the day and was told I’d be emailed or text the details I need. I went to call when I realised it’s 5.10pm and it still hasn’t heard anything… the office was closed when I called. After an hours of high anxiety I contacted bookings.com as that’s who I made the booking through and they assured me I will get the details I need for check in so we left our house an hour behind schedule. Long story short when we got to the lockbox ( only had the details as we keep calling bookings.com not contacted back from Noosa holiday rentals ) we had been given 3 different codes, luckily one worked. It opened to find NO KEYS LEFT FOR US!!!!! By the time we had keys it was 9.30pm!!! My toddler was over tired the entire weekend all because Noosa holiday rentals did not leave the keys out. We were away for our wedding anniversary and eat out for every meal, all were ruined cause my toddler was over tired!!!!! What a shame the owners of this unit pay Noosa holiday rentals to look after their unit, the need to find someone that actually looks after it. To top it off I left behind my expense straightener amongst other belongs and apparently they didn’t find them when cleaning. I’m not surprised to not hear anything after I called to ask, but hey not a single apology for our terrible service had been made even after I emailed the manager when the office had closed and we didn’t know how we were going to check in.

• Caroline (6/5): Fabulous weather and location. - Love the location -North facing and on the river. Self contained, off street parking. Old appliances that were not clean (toaster full of crumbs). Couch too low, soft and deep for older people. Hairdryer old and didn't work properly. Broken outside chairs x2, grimy fry pans and crockery not properly clean. We had to wipe opening edges of kitchen drawers as they were sticky. Not a quality presented unit compared to the others we have stayed in at Driftwood. We normally stay in No.6.
