• Cristiangolabra (8/5): - El entorno a la cabaña era hermoso, las instalaciones bastante completas, ya que tenian todo lo necesario para una estadía acogedora El agua caliente no era constante, se prendía bien pero duraba 5 min y luego se apagaba, la terraza no tenía luz, y el baño tenía hongos en las paredes de afuera de la ducha

• Esteban (6/5): Contacto deficiente - Muy poco contacto con alguna persona para solucionar algun inconveniente o hacer consulta. Nunca le vi la cara a nadie, solo por telefono y costaba comunicarse.

• Carlos Alberto (8/5): - El lugar (a 8 km de Puerto Varas) es tranquilo y lindo En ningún momento vi a ninguna persona, las llaves estaban puestas en la puerta y al irnos las dejamos en una cajita. La casa y el lugar son lindos. Las habitaciones de arriba son frias (nos tocaron días humedos y frescos). Nos cobraron el IVA pero no nos dieron factura así que creo que nos cobraron de más (además de no hacernos el descuento del impuesto por ser extranjeros)

• William (10/5): I loved it here. - We went in December , We were the only Ones there. Highly recommend. The hot water is an issue. You have to turn the hot water all the way on and wait , you get about a minute of hot water then you have to wait for 2 to 3 minutes with water as cold as ice. It wouldn’t be good if you were staying there in winter to go snow skiing. I just ended up taking ice cold showers.
