Helliena (9/5): Beautiful view of the bay. - View of the bay - beautiful! Brilliant customer service when we had an issue with the travel cot. The travel cot provided was not adequate. Had to call agent and arrange for a new one which they did so immediately.

Victoria (9/5): Accommodation is excellent for what we wanted. The bathrooms were great and the view was amazing. - The internet did not work. The need for the deposit was excessive given we were five over 60s going to a wedding. We wouldn't have stayed there otherwise. It is hard to find a place with four bedrooms. The late book in time is also a turn off. If you have to leave by 10am why is it so late? We came from Sydney and Melbourne in only two cars and were going to a five o'clock function. To be expected to get ready and get there in 1 hour seems a big ask. When I asked for an earlier check -in we didn't get notified till the day before. By then some of us had looked to get dressed elsewhere.
Rebecca (7/5): We were loving our getaway but unfortunately had to leave. The house is amazing - The layout and location of the house amazing. Facilities inside the house were perfect for our needs. The lawns and gardens were a disgrace. I understand the amount of wet weather around, but should have been told about this and we wouldn't have bought our animals. The amount of ticks they ended up with were dangerous. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor area. The outside light near BBQ was not working and a replacement bulb was not available. We left 2 days early and I called the property manager to notify them (Rebecca) was her name was rude saying to me "well what do expect being near water" I was doing the right thing just letting them know so the next people who rent with animals don't experience the same problems.
