• Oshani (6/5): Great property. Disappointing facilities - Beautiful location and clean property. The house didn’t have basic essential a property should have. It was disappointing to get to the house and not have things like tea, coffee salt pepper. These aren’t big things but things a house should have.

• Jan (7/5): Good - Location was good and nice and quiet. Very relaxing. The house was very clean and comfortable which was appreciated. We did expect there would be a few staples in the house like salt and pepper, maybe a few teabags etc. There was only 1 cleaning chux and no cleaning spray like spray and wipe. A few more toilet rolls needed when there are a large number of people staying. The window in the bedroom with the bunks couldn’t be opened without removing the flyscreen then popping it back. It’s a very hot room so being able to open a window is important. The mixer tap in the main bathroom came off when adjusting the water temperature. The wifi wasn’t working as the modem was broken. They did send someone to look at the wifi but it couldn’t be fixed in the time we were there. Prompt response to our query was appreciated. Needs a few maintenance jobs attended to.

• Sandy (7/5): Overall the place is nice and spacious and perfectly located. The main let down was the cleanliness. - The location was fantastic. The property is spacious. The house was older than in photos and was not clean as expected. The king bed had what looks like pubic hair everywhere and we had to strip the sheet off, washed and dried before we slept on them. Top bunk beds were dusty, also had to strip off and washed the sheets. Wooden dining table was very sticky, we had to buy table cloth to put over it. The sofa had a big hairball on it. No hair dryer. No basic pantry supply like salt, sugar, coffee etc.

Overall the house was good for a big group :) The dishes/plates didn’t fit in the dishwasher as the plates were too large to fit so we had to hand wash them all multiples times as we ate inside for most of the trip. The dishwashing soap was quite watery. There were only two boxes of tissues and few toilet rolls for a family of 10, so we had to buy tissues.

• Rishi (9/5): fantastic property for families - the location was fantastic out of 4, 2 rooms don’t had any type of heater or heating facility, so we have to sleep in cold rooms which was not comfortable , so please provide some heating for 2 rooms
