- Bastos (2/5): Decepcionante! Valor absurdo pelo que é oferecido. - A localização perto do centro histórico. Primeiro a falta de comprometimento com o cliente, pois fiz a reserva no dia e o dono entrou em contato pedindo pra eu cancelar porque não tinha ninguém para fazer a limpeza do local, mas meu banco não cancelou a transação e eu não podia cancelar pelo booking, pois não teria reembolso, depois de diversas tentativas, o dono falou que podíamos fazer check in 21h30. O local estava cheio de teia de aranha e fezes de rato, no forro do banheiro tinha algum animal que fazia barulho a noite toda, a cama é velha e a hidromassagem não esquenta direito.
